MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency
Fellowship training in Glaucoma required
Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology, US based residency required

Shift: Full-Time; Day shift, flexible with preferred schedule; ideally 4 10's rotate weekend call, 3 mid-levels to support for each location.
Requirements for the Physiatrists:
Willing to obtain a Florida Licensure/Board Eligibility
Provide excellent care for the inpatient rehabilitation population
Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and promotes positive patient outcomes
Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred
