Minimum Education and Experience:
Doctor of Medicine degree or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical educational institution.
Successful completion of an accredited residency program.
Three (3) years of inpatient or CL psychiatry experience.
Board Certification in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
If applicable, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, and must be directly related to the functions and responsibilities of the job.
Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in their clinical specialty.
Must have and maintain and active and unencumbered Arizona state license as a Physician including prescriptive authority from the Board of Medical Examiners, State of Arizona.
