ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions are those tasks, duties, and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the job's purpose and objectives. Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic and screening tests. Formulates diagnosis of psychiatric disorders, appropriate plans of care, and evaluation of outcomes.
