The Radiation Therapist at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Configure Vida Coach calendar to allow clients to schedule, and maintain regular contact with them using Vida's in-app video calls and messaging, per Vida's program design and policies. Respond and communicate with clients according to timeline expectations laid out in Vida policies
Develop and update clinical treatment plans in collaboration with members
Utilize Vida's integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy content to provide psychoeducation on CBT skills, including but not limited to, thought logging, cognitive restructuring/reframing and behavioral activation
Diligently track your clients' progress and serve as an accountability partner
Set goals/trackers/habits in the Vida app to encourage member accountability and facilitate daily reminders that help them achieve their goals
Engage in discharge planning upon conclusion of therapy program by providing case management services, external referrals and coordination with other providers
Respond to crisis situations by following established protocols and developing safety plans with clients. Additionally, continually assessing for program eligibility and providing referrals, when needed, for follow-up intervention services
Effectively communicate with Lead to address client concerns, limitations, treatment progress and other concerns. Report any concerns regarding clinical performance and inability to meet expectations to Lead immediately
Collaborate with other Vida providers to apply an integrated care model to client treatment plans to enhance progress and treatment outcomes
Maintain records of interactions with clients in keeping with legal standards and adhere to Vida policy re: documentation
Submit documentation within 24 hours of any session (this includes session documentation, clinical treatment plans, communication with other providers). Additionally, submit documentation within 24 hours related to any cancellation or no show by provider or member
Comply with National Standards of Care set forth by state licensing boards where therapist is licensed
Comply with federal, state and HIPAA regulations, as it relates to medical records and information privacy
Attend and actively participate in 1:1 meetings with Lead and staff meetings. Respond to communications and requests from Lead in a reasonable and professional time frame
Complete all in-service trainings in a timely manner
Review and follow department policies and procedures as detailed in provider manual documents (Vidapedia)
Meet and exceed provider level metrics
Serve in the role of Care Navigator when assigned to provide short-term mental health consultation services to members in the form of screening assessments, crisis follow-up, resource referral
Qualifications:
Doctoral or Master's degree in psychology, clinical social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or other relevant field
Fully Independent State License to practice psychotherapy in good standing. Licensed to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans and provide psychotherapy without oversight of a clinical supervisor. Multi-state licensure is highly valued.
Willing to obtain at least 2 additional state licenses- requested and reimbursed by Company.
Experience in cognitive behavior therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic models
Experience in mindfulness techniques
Interest in incorporating technology solutions into client care
Interest in and knowledge of current research and evidence-based clinical practices for depression and anxiety
Familiarity with technology solutions including video therapy, mobile apps, cloud-based apps (Google Suite, Single Sign-On, Slack)
Experience working in a virtual telehealth environment
2+ years' experience as a fully independent psychotherapist
Working knowledge of clinical diagnosis and treatment planning. Knowledge of techniques such as motivational interviewing, bio-psychosocial assessment, mental health crisis response, safety planning and cognitive behavioral theory
Other Requirements:
Providers will be expected to perform according to Vida's QA and Compliance guidelines in order to provide a safe and consistent experience for Vida members
Include specific language re: California residents who currently require individual monthly sign-off prior to each screening monthly

The Massage Therapist Shift Lead roles and responsibilities include those of the Therapists.· Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Back End Operations. Includes ongoing Operations and Management· Address and resolve all customer and team member concerns promptly· Create an environment that is passionate about providing guest service.· Lead by example: achieve personal as well as team goals.· Manages the recruiting, interviewing and hiring of Massage Therapists aligned with the Lead Massage Therapist.· Develop and Manage Massage Therapist job postings. Screen, interview and assist with hiring MT's. Assess the ongoing need for appropriate MT positions required. Continually develop a pipeline of therapists' right out of school.· Develop Relationships with local MT schools. Represent at Job Fairs and nurture relationships. The goal is to develop a pipeline of Therapists right out of school.· Coach Team Members to achieve peak performance.· Support Massage Therapists with Bi-monthly team meetings to review retreat focus, areas of growth. These meetings should be fun and energizing with the outcome to create an energized and engaged team.· Support MT Onboarding. This includes setting up system access and updates. · Perform training for new employees.· Assess and perform training for all MT's, including Massage Heights corporate policies and procedures. This effort needs to be performed ongoing where any gaps may exist or to create consistency and sustainability in the retreat.· Train therapists on existing and upcoming Elevations. This could be built into Monthly Meetings.· Implement creative skill training ideas.
QUALIFICATIONS | · Minimum 2 years of management\lead experience

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
The Mobile Crisis Therapist works as a member of a community based mobile crisis response team providing mental health assessment to a wide variety of individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis in a variety of settings, as well as ensuring follow-up care. The candidate is required to work very closely with local law enforcement in the prevention of detention by law enforcement, inappropriate use of emergency services, and psychiatric hospitalization. The candidate is required to collaborate with community agencies for supportive care.
* Assess mental status, risk, and clinical needs of person in distress using independent determinations that could have significant ramifications while providing excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Provides assistance to and collaborates with law enforcement on mental health related calls through the clinical assessment process, gathering of relevant collateral information, providing of resources to individuals and families, and coordination with community providers
* Provides emergency psychotherapy, evaluates clinical need for hospitalization, and evaluates appropriateness for involuntary treatment according to legal criteria
* Demonstrates proficient knowledge of the principles and practices, theories, laws and authorities of counseling and social work that include: therapeutic theories, community resources; health care records management; interpersonal relations; common safety hazards and precautions; and the ability to apply knowledge; maintain accurate charts and records; handle sensitive and confidential information; respond to emergency situations; and establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work
* Provides a variety of crisis intervention and prevention services in community settings, including jails, hospitals, and private settings. Services will include crisis counseling and case management, consultation, transportation, and documentation of all services provided
* Maintains current knowledge of community resources for individuals and families
* Provides follow-up and coordination of care for individuals in distress
* May provide written reports to county attorney and court and/or testify in court in civil commitment cases
* Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
* Unrestricted licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CAADC) OR
* Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, counseling, or related field and 3 years of mental health direct care experience OR
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 3 years mental health direct care experience OR
* Registered Nurse certified in Psychology or Psychiatry
* Knowledge and experience with PA DHS, OMHSAS, and DDAP regulations
* Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy
