She also serves on the Board and Executive Committee for Women for Women International and since 2009 as Commissioner for the White House Fellows program appointed by President Obama. Ms. Harmon is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Economic Club of Washington, D.C. Ms. Harmon earned a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
