Position Responsibilities:
The Marketing Specialist supports the growth and visibility of ORA Orthopedics by executing integrated marketing strategies across advertising, digital marketing, community relations, and media relations. This role works closely with leadership to strengthen brand awareness, engage patients, and support organizational growth. The key responsibilities include:
Plan, create, film, and edit video content for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
Manage and execute email and digital campaigns to attract and engage patients.
Oversee social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
Maintain and update the practice website with SEO-optimized content.
Monitor and support reputation management efforts.
Coordinate and support community outreach initiatives, including health fairs, CME events, and partnerships with local schools and organizations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in marketing and content creation, with a focus on video creation - including experience and skills in video production and editing tools. This candidate must have proven experience implementing and executing marketing campaigns and demonstrate strong creative, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas in both written and video formats. Candidates should have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and accurately.
