About the Role
We're seeking experienced Applications Analysts (Tier 1 Apps Advisors) to support large and complex NextGen 8 regulatory upgrade rollouts nationwide.
Tier 1 analysts will handle large/jumbo clients and complex environments, while Tier 2 specialists will support smaller or mid-sized client projects. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that modernize clinical workflows and enhance EHR usability across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, configuration, and deployment of NextGen 8 regulatory upgrades.
Customize and optimize Adaptive Content Engine (ACE) templates to align with clinical documentation needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical and clinical teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade-related application issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and infrastructure standards.
Contribute to readiness calls and go-live support, occasionally on weekends.
Required Experience
Hands-on experience with NextGen 8, including:
UI enhancements and navigation redesigns

Understanding of NextGen 8 infrastructure requirements and environment setup.

What You'll do
As a WMS Application Analyst I, you will be supporting and enhancing our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms. This role will work closely with the business, operations, IT, and vendors partners to ensure optimal system performance, provide user support, and participate in the analysis, configuration, and testing of system changes.
Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across HighJump/Körber/Infios platforms.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements and configuration changes.
Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization.
Participate in testing efforts for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements including writing test scripts and validating functionality.
Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day WMS operations.

Essential Qualities for Success
At least 1-5 years of experience supporting or administering WMS platforms, preferably HighJump, Körber, or Infios, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related education.
Exposure to configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows or screens.
Experience working in a distribution center or retail warehouse environment.
Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools.
Familiarity with systems ingetration (e.g. ERP, TMS, RF devices) is preferred.
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with data queries ro reporting tools is a plus.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently with attention to detail.

RTX has chosen SAP's S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.
The ideal candidate for this role requires **strong configuration experience and demo experience,** understanding of the business process, good project management skills, and the ability to act effectively interface with business stakeholders.
**Responsibilities include design, implement, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions to streamline Logistics and Warehouse functions in optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.**
**What You Will Do** :
+ Conduct workshops where standard SAP EWM process would be demonstrated and then to work with business users to gather and analyze logistics and warehousing requirements
+ Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions tailored to enterprise needs
+ Lead the implementation effort by training, writing functional specifications, testing (SIT/UAT), performing go-live, and post-implementation support; eventually maintenance
+ Integrate SAP EWM with the other modules in the SAP S4 HANA such as SD, PP, QM, and with 3rd party systems
+ Optimize the core warehouse processes such as inbound and outbound logistics, GR, putaway, stock transfers, picking, packing, and shipping.
+ Work with Global Trade and Services team for integration
+ Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and client stakeholders.
+ Manage multiple tasks independently and provide proactive support in a dynamic environment.
+ Travel up to 20% domestically
**Qualifications You Must Have** :
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience **or** in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
+ . U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.
+ Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, EWM configuration (inbound, outbound, transfers, RF framework, Value Added Services, LOSC/POSC, handling unit management, serial numbers, kitting, Material Flow Systems)
+ Experience with integration technologies, such as CIF, qRFC, IDOC, RFC, and BAPI.

Independent Contractor Engagement Terms:
This independent contractor will be retained solely for project-based, outcome-driven services and will not be an employee, agent, or representative of Blue Star Families. The independent contractor:

Project Based Scope of Work:

ex. providing photographs and stories from events, helpful resources to get outdoors, or sharing “best of” outdoor activities), with content and frequency determined by the Contractor in alignment with overall project goals.
Disseminate printed or digital promotional materials to local civilian and military-facing community bulletin boards and networks, at the Contractor's discretion regarding timing and method of distribution
Identify and steward potential relationships with local parks and outdoor organizations to increase opportunities for engagement, exercising independent judgment in outreach and collaboration efforts.
Required Qualifications
Proven success in outdoor recreation and event coordination
Experience in planning and executing events, including logistics and project management.
