Database Development
Actively participate in the design of custom databases and processes.
Provide advanced database design support to the organization; lead small projects with assistance from Supervisor or Lead and participate and consult on other projects.

As a Software Developer, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain backend features and services
Analyze and resolve software issues to improve product stability
Partner with senior developers to integrate new technologies
Engage with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions
What YOU bring to the team:
4+ years of work experience in object-oriented programming (e.g., C#, C++ or similar)
Strong grasp of core computer science principles: data structures, algorithms, and system design
Hands-on experience in automated testing and test-driven development
Proficiency in multithreaded and concurrent programming
Solid understanding of network protocols and network programming
Experience with RESTful APIs and possibly gRPC or protocol buffers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Valued Knowledge Areas
Experience building and maintaining distributed systems
Knowledge of scalable and highly available systems
Familiarity with databases and message queues
Familiarity with Windows APIs
Knowledge of performance profiling tools
