Desired skills and experience

Work within Oracle Time and Labor Configuration team with techno-functional team members to identify business requirements and different applications integrations. Must be able to analyze the client requirements, data and processes and recommend configuration approaches. Must have 3+ years of experience in working with Oracle HCM systems like Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM Cloud Experienced in configuring Oracle HCM Modules - Absence Management, Time and Labor and Core HR Experienced in designing HCM Cloud integrations specifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experienced in testing Integrations and Reports in Oracle HCM Cloud. Experienced in HDL, RESTful and SOAP services data mappings. Experienced in developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports using PL/SQL and reading Fast Formula. Advanced level skills in Macros, Excel. Able to work independently and iteratively with functional team to design, build, and unit test RICEFW objects. Able to create technical documents for assigned FRICE-W objects. Experience with Fast Formulas is preferred Understand Oracle integration between cloud and third party systems. Consulting experience. Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a project team.

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EPM Techno Functional Lead Consultant
with Financial Consolidations and Close Cloud
experience
. The position will primarily be responsible for providing
Support on the Oracle HFM, FDMEE, and Meta Data management products
. The selected candidate be able to work closely with the customer and involve in
HFM application maintenance
and support of mentioned applications.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience application maintenance and support with Oracle EPM Applications (HFM, FDMEE & Financial Reporting)
• Candidate can work anywhere in the US with travel for major milestones.
• 7 years of IT experience
• Comprehensive knowledge on Business Rules in HFM and artifacts including rule file, FDMEE and Data Management artifacts, batch scripts, data analysis etc.
• Should be able work extended hours to support Business teams during the monthly financial close period
• Ability to perform in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) into application/system issues
• Identify and resolve application performance issues (HFM, FMDEE & Metadata)
• Should be able to work with Offshore team based in India
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with application development and support (HFM, Planning, FDMEE/ODI and Essbase)
• Good understanding of Hyperion suite of products including HFM, FDMEE, Essbase, HFR and Data Management modules
• Experience in Business Rules, Essbase (ASO and BSO), Shared Services, SmartView and Financial Reporting
• Experience managing team would be a plus
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Engagement involves setting up managed services across application, infrastructure, network, and service desk. The scope of the work includes L1 and L2 support. This project is for a large distributor in the United States.

The Team

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications Required

+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

+ The Oracle EBS Applications Finance and supply chain Senior Functional Consultant will work in the Oracle Financials and supply chain Unit in the Information Technology of the client.

+ This Unit is responsible for the Support and enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (called Oracle Financials Application).

+ The current environment includes the following Oracle E-Business Suite modules:

+ Financials: General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets,

+ SCM - Order to cash, procure to pay, Advance pricing, CHRM.

+ Hands-on experience in Oracle Finance and SCM R12 with good English (Written + Verbal) & interpersonal skills.

+ Commanding knowledge in Accounting, O2C, P2P and Business Process Flows.

+ Should have extensively worked on Oracle EBS Support/implementation/upgrade Projects should be aware of the solution design, documentation,

+ and AIM/OUM methodology.

+ Expertise in Modules AP, AR, GL, Cash, Assetts, Intercompany, OM, Purchasing, Inventory.

+ Should have worked on at-least 1 implementation project.

+ Must have worked on at-least 2 or more Development/Support/upgrade projects.

+ Should have prior experience to write test scripts, functional specifications and work with other team members collaboratively to achieve the project goal in the stipulated period of time.

+ Advantageous to have basic understanding of PL/SQL (to write simple / basic queries).

+ Strong working knowledge on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)

+ Exposure to EBS version 12.2.9+ is a plus

+ Experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA) specially as related to Ledgers

+ Experience with Accrual Accounting

+ Experience with Oracle G/L interface creation and maintenance is strongly desired

+ Experience with Web ADI

+ Experience working with oracle support to resolve oracle application bugs.

+ Experience with Oracle G/L period, quarter, year-end reconciliation and closing process.

+ Experience with organizational data requirements and complex business rules, translating them into detailed program specifications.

+ Experience with testing concepts and techniques promoting applications to production
