Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Objects, Flows, Reports/Dashboards, Profiles/Perms, Record Types, Page Layouts). Ability to translate requirements into actionable, testable user stories. Experience with Agile delivery environments Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio. Experience supporting public sector or federal programs Experience supporting IL4/IL5, DoD, or DHS environments. Experience working on multi-vendor/blended federal programs.
