Tier 3 technical support to help the user base with issues related to the systems and their functionality.
Support the integration of filings submitted through a web application that are automatically loaded into the back-end premium accounting system through the use of web services. The web service receives and validates the filing and payment information. It calculates any interest and penalties owed, as well as overpayments.
Integrations include:
Pay.gov to collect premium payments for plan filings.
MyPBA service to validate bank routing information for payment processing.
Login.gov for multifactor authentication.
Customer Correspondence System (CCS) to generate and print letters.
Image Processing System (IPS) for storage.
US Bank receives payment files through an automated SFTP process.
Department of Labor ERISA Filing Acceptance System II (DOL EFAST2). Data is sent through flat files that are transferred to a file server via SFTP.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience with (or 10 years of experience with no degree)
PL/SQL, Interfaces, JAVA, SOA (web services), BPEL
Hands-on experience supporting large-scale financial or enterprise systems with multiple internal and external integrations.
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve interface errors and ensure seamless data exchange.
Experience conducting impact analysis, regression testing, and remediation of interface changes.
Proficiency with interface technologies such as APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), middleware, and ETL processes.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Power BI dashboards for Agile, DevOps, and delivery metrics using data from ADO, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
Build data models and transformations in Power Query and DAX to calculate key KPIs (e.g., velocity, lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR, sprint health)
Implement automated data ingestion via ADO and GitHub REST APIs, handling authentication, pagination, and incremental refreshes
Collaborate with Agile CoE and DevOps teams to define metrics, business logic, and dashboard requirements aligned with DORA and Agile standards
Integrate AI and predictive analytics (Azure ML, Python/R scripts, Cognitive Services) for insights such as sprint risk prediction, anomaly detection, and forecasted delivery trends
Lead by example in Power BI development best practices, including workspace governance, dataflows, version control in GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines for reports
Create intuitive, executive-level visualizations that tell a story - emphasizing actionable insights over vanity metrics
Drive adoption of AI-enabled Power BI features, including Q&A, natural language querying, and smart narrative visuals
Ensure data governance, performance optimization, and security (RLS, access control, gateway management) across environments
Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, and complex transformations
Proven experience connecting Power BI to Azure DevOps and GitHub REST APIs to build Agile/DevOps dashboards
Strong command of Power Query (M), DAX, and semantic modeling for multi-source datasets
Experience with AI and analytics integration, including Azure ML, Python/R scripts, and Power BI's AI visuals
Working knowledge of Agile metrics and DevOps KPIs (velocity, cycle time, deployment frequency, lead time for change, etc.)
Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration (Dataflows, Data Factory, or Fabric) and report lifecycle management
Practical understanding of version control (GitHub) and DevOps deployment pipelines for BI assets
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication - able to translate data into strategy
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
Nice-to-Have Skills

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
