Oral Surgeon
We are seeking a Part Time Board Eligible or Board-Certified Oral Surgeon for our offices in Nevada . This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Oral Surgeon!
At Western Dental & Orthodontics, we are a Dental Home providing a lifetime of services for our patients. Oral Surgeons, like you, support this idea by providing sedation dentistry in our fully-equipped dental facilities along with ACLS-trained staff.
At Western Dental, we have a variety of Corporate Support Departments including Billing, Quality Management, Procurement/Facilities, Human Resources, and IT to provide you and the offices you work at administrative and technological support. In the field, our clinical and operational management teams work to ensure your days are scheduled efficiently so you can maximize your production.

Our Oral Surgeons are expected to:
• Partner with other specialists and general dentists to provide sedation dentistry and oral surgery
• Be able to travel to various dental practices in your area

Qualifications:
We'll need you to provide:
• Current Dental License for the state you wish to practice
• Oral Surgery Certificate from an accredited U.S. Dental University
• General Anesthesia Permit
• Current CPR Card
• NPI Number
• DEA Certificate

We are seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our team and service our patients being referred from our 12+ locations in Massachusetts. This specialty is in high demand, and we are looking forward to providing these unique services in-house to our patients. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• MINIMUM of 2 years of Clinical Experience, post-residency
• DMD or DDS from an accredited university & active NYS license in good standing

Currently, we are interested in hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, talented surgeon to join our faculty and be involved in this residency building process.

In addition to residency building responsibilities, attendings in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital will have the opportunity to practice full scope hospital-based surgery with regular on call responsibilities. Attendings will have an opportunity to develop a faculty practice in a brand new state of the art facility in Royal Oak, Michigan, will have responsibilities to cover resident clinics at the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School, and will be eligible for promotion to professorship at Wayne State University.

Candidates considered for the position must be Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and must be able to secure a Michigan State Dental and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery License prior to their appointments.
