OCT currently has an opening for a Data Analyst to work with our federal client in Washington, DC. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Recording, gathering, and analyzing information from multiple sources to ensure data quality for reporting and accountability.
Using systems including PRISM, FPDS-NG, OPTIC, and ECFS to support data needs.
Developing and maintaining complex MS Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools to monitor productivity and meet contractual deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have overseen Federal acquisitions with a value of over $500 million and managed programs of similar size and complexity.
Possesses extensive experience in developing and reviewing acquisition and program management documents and best practices.
Extensive experience leading training on acquisition and program management to groups of varying sizes (e.g., 1 to 100); confidence and comfort in delivering key messages and answering questions.
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented working style; with the ability to create executive-level materials, as needed, without any direct oversight.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in support of senior government stakeholders. Ability to confidently brief and lead meetings with senior government officials and political appointees.
Willingness to work on business development tasks (i.e., responding to RFPs and RFIs, giving capability presentations, etc.) in addition to client work.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs, as well as Google tools to manage Shared files.
Relevant senior level certifications in Contracting such as Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) and/or Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC-C) are required.
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
Must possess a Secret clearance; the investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check.
The position is primarily off-site but may require up to one day per week at the Federal client site in Rosslyn, VA (i.e., Arlington, VA) and/or on client site in Washington, DC.

The Role
As a Director of Federal Affairs, you will be a part of a team that develops and executes a strategy for engagement with federal policymakers. The File Room Specialist should have at least 3 years of experience providing file management support to a federal client. The experience should also include assisting with organizing, packing, archiving, and destroying contract files. Individuals will be required to lift 35 lbs as well as be able to pay attention to detail and work efficiently.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Receiving contract files to determine disposition process
Coordinating shipping, archiving and destruction of contract files with Records Manager
Maintaining a database of distributed, disposition and shipped contracts
Tracking multiple contract closeout files of varying complexity in order to report progress and manage the closeout schedules.
Generating necessary documentation for archiving and disposition contract files
Communicating both orally and in writing with contract stakeholders throughout the closeout and contract file disposition process

Be physically capable of lifting 35 lbs.
