Responsibilities and Duties
OCT currently has an opportunity for an Acquisition Professional with at least 4 years of Contract Specialist (or) Contracting and Procurement (1102) experience. Experience supporting a federal agency acquisition office as a federal government employee or as a contractor supporting a Federal or combination of both.
Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation related to acquisitions processes, contracts, and procurement activities. Collaborates with acquisition professionals, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to produce accurate, clear, and compliant documentation
Develop, review, and revise technical documents such as request for proposals (RFPs), statements of work (SOWs), source selection documentation, and other acquisition-related content.

Organize and present complex technical and contractual information in a clear and concise manner.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in data center operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
Extensive experience in data center operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale data center environments.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Relevant certifications from Microsoft, VMWare Citrix and Storage vendors are highly desirable.
Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud computing and hybrid data center environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Description
The Leave of Absence Specialist will play a key role in administering and supporting employee leave and benefits programs. Working closely with the Benefits Manager, this position will focus on managing FMLA, ADA, disability, and related leave programs while also assisting with health, welfare, and retirement plans. The ideal candidate has hands-on leave administration experience as part of a broader benefits function.
Key Responsibilities
Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD, ensuring timely communication and compliance.
Support enrollment and administration for health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) programs.
Coordinate return-to-work processes and provide guidance to employees and managers on leave-related matters.
Act as a liaison between employees, HR, managers, insurance carriers, and payroll regarding leave and benefits issues.

Minimum 2 years of direct benefits/leave administration experience (not solely as part of a generalist role).
Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, open enrollment, and general benefit operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, imports/exports).
Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred).
Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Duties
Seeking a highly qualified Nuclear Energy Subject Matter Expert (SME) to represent The Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Energy (DOE/NE) regarding the AC-100M Centrifuge Development and Licensing. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in nuclear energy technologies, specifically in the development, demonstration, and operations of the AC-100M centrifuge. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing independent technical reviews in various areas such as centrifuge design, manufacture, installation, operation, maintenance, and Balance of Plant support systems and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct independent technical reviews in centrifuge design, manufacture, installation, operation, and maintenance.
Provide expertise in Balance of Plant support systems and deployment.
Collaborate with DOE to assess reports and presentations related to centrifuge development and licensing.
Support DOE in the evaluation of enrichment capability deployment projects.
Ensure compliance with program schedules, cost containment, and performance metrics.
Assist in the hiring and retention of key personnel for project execution.
Mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
Provide services under a performance-based service acquisition contract.
Core Support Functions:
Provide support through steady state operations with special emphasis on cascade performance, maintenance activities and parts replacement (as needed).
Perform functional assessments of Centrus' compliance to regulatory criteria of the Lessee Requirements Document contained within the lease agreements between Centrus and DOE.
Perform independent evaluations (operational and compliance based), readiness reviews, assessments, walk-downs, and field inspections at the Centrus facilities in Piketon, OH.
Support coordination of regulatory boundary activities with co-located DOE contractors, DOE site personnel, and with the NRC (when appropriate).
Support coordination and interface with DOE entities, Lease activities, and other DOE contractors for liaison activities associated with Centrus and NRC regarding regulatory activities.
Develop analyses, technical assessments, and white papers to support decisions by DOE/NE management at DOE Headquarters (HQ).
Review and develop analysis of reports, assessments, and technical/programmatic descriptions/proposals and/or cost analysis documentation related to uranium enrichment technologies.
Analyze DOE requirements involving Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) as they may relate to DOE lessees, contractors, and other federal agency activities such as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission related to the ACP Facilities.
Analyze security/facility access programs, maintenance of security access agreements including the performance of technical evaluations readiness reviews, assessments, walk-downs, and field inspections.
Address general NE-HQ requests associated with Centrus facilities in Oak Ridge, TN, Bethesda, MD, and Piketon, OH.
Provide SME, project management, engineering and technical assistance to NEHQ regarding the project planning, execution, and deployment of domestic uranium enrichment capability and capacity to meet commercial power reactor, research reactor and defense needs, including the HALEU Demonstration and Operations Program.
Provide review and input on additional Special Technical Topics/Issues that might develop, the specifics of which will be defined and negotiated as topics/issues arise. This includes support for formal cost estimates.

Scope:
Provide hardware and software subject matter expertise supporting the Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) cockpit in Army Special Operations helicopters. Responsible for system wide post deployment software support, new software development and integration, software qualification and testing requirements, and software configuration management. The position requires extensive knowledge of the aircraft systems and subsystems and the ability to work with a myriad of Government and industry teams to ensure timely software integration.

Proficiency in using software tools for document creation, collaboration, and formatting, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PRISM or similar contracting writing systems
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, acquisition professionals, and stakeholders
