PUBLIC AFFAIRS DIVISION
Public Affairs is comprised of four units: Access and Noise, Communications, Customer Relations, and Public Relations. It is responsible for all aspects of government, media and community relations, customer relations and communications at John Wayne Airport. Public Affairs staff is charged with responding to media and public inquiries; serving as front-line customer service agents; coordinating Ambassador and Tour Guide volunteer programs; planning and organizing museum-quality exhibitions; disbursing information via the Airport Web site; tracking local, state and federal legislation; enforcing the Settlement Agreement, educating the surrounding communities about access and noise issues and handling noise complaints.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires a self-motivated and engaging person who will be a professional frontline representative of the Airport, working both independently and as a productive member of a team. The CRA works in the Thomas F. Riley Terminal and provides customer service to airport guests year-round, including weekends, nights, and holidays. The incumbent will succeed in this position by clearly understanding the department's goals, thinking strategically about how best to advance them, and supporting the Airport's approach to providing a superior guest experience. The general job duties of the position will include but are not limited to the following:
* Information Dissemination
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, gate numbers, and airport services
* Answer inquiries about airport facilities, including lounges, restrooms, dining options, shops, and other airport amenities
* Make terminal wide announcements over a public address system
* Assist the traveling public in person, by telephone, via email, the internet, and other approved communication methods
* Provide information about on-site and local transportation options, such as taxis, shuttles, and public transit
* Offer details about nearby hotels, tourist attractions, and services
* Liaise with other airport departments, airlines, agencies, and service providers to gather and relay information
* Ensure a seamless flow of communication and coordination for passenger assistance
* Directional Assistance
* Provide directions to various locations within the airport, such as baggage claim, check-in counters, and security checkpoints
* Assist passengers in navigating the airport efficiently
* Customer Assistance
* Provide on-the-spot assistance to Airport guests
* Assist passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with hidden disabilities
* Provide assistance to non-English speaking passengers by using available translation services or multilingual staff
* Assist with services such as wheelchair requests, unaccompanied minor assistance, and baggage handling
* Arrange for special accommodations or services as required
* Emergency Support
* Assist passengers during emergencies, such as medical situations, lost children, or evacuation procedures
* Coordinate with airport security, airport Operations, and medical teams when necessary
* Lost and Found
* Manage inquiries related to lost and found items
* Assist passengers in reporting and recovering lost belongings
* Handling Complaints
* Address passenger complaints and concerns
* Escalate issues to the appropriate airport departments, agencies or airline representatives when necessary
* Promotional Activities
* Distribute promotional materials or information about airport events and services
* Restock, reorder, and maintain travel and tourism literature and materials
* Engage in activities and events that enhance the passenger experience
* General Administrative Duties
* Maintain records of passenger contacts, inquiries, and feedback
* Maintain logs, record customer service data, and update airport information files and records
* Maintain current and detailed knowledge of airport facilities, services, and events
WORK HOURS
* This position is part-time (minimum of 20 hours per week)
* Selected candidates must be available to work various shifts (including days, nights, holidays, and weekends) between 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate will possess three (3) or more years of extensive customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Previous experience in the airline/hospitality/hotel/travel industry is highly desirable, but not required.
In addition, the successful candidate must also possess the following core competencies:

AIRPORT ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must clear a background check which includes a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and Security Threat Assessment (STA). Airport Access Badge must be maintained and renewed every two (2) years.

OC Waste & Recycling (OCWR) serves the County's solid waste disposal needs through resource recovery, operating public landfills, protecting the local environment, investing in renewable energy enterprises and promoting recycling to ensure a safe and healthy community for current and future generations. THE PROGRAM
State Reporting and Strategic Supports (SRSS)- The SRSS unit works directly with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage State and local initiatives and implement programs. This unit is also responsible for providing key support related to the Waste Infrastructure System Enterprise (WISE) agreements, collaborating with local jurisdictions within the County to meet various waste and recycling regulations.
Central Region Landfill Division, Administrative Services
The Central Region Landfill, Administration Services is responsible for municipal solid waste operations including maintenance and infrastructure expansion, composting operations, landfill construction projects, and fee booth operations.
Business Services Administrator - SRSS
This position will work directly with OCWR leadership, other County and State agencies, and local jurisdictions to provide key support related to the WISE agreement as well as State reporting requirements and SB (Senate Bill) 1383 implementation. This position will supervise an Analyst level employee and is located at OC Waste & Recycling Headquarters in downtown Santa Ana.
Other job duties include but are not limited to:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of the State Reporting and Strategic Program subunits
* Make program and policy recommendations and decisions, establish the vision for the program to ensure achievement of agency objectives
* Oversee the development and submittal of required State reports and compliance with State reporting standards
* Build effective internal and external partnerships; coordinate with and respond to requests from County staff, vendors, the general public, media, and/or external agencies; and convene, facilitate, and/or attend meetings
* Assist with procurement and budget requests for business services programs
Business Services Administrator - Central Region Landfill, Administration Services
This position is stationed at the Frank R. Bowerman Landfill in Irvine and is responsible for the administrative and operational functions associated with maintaining and/or expanding active and inactive landfill sites and related operations.

* Prepare and monitor the site's Strategic Financial Plan (SFP), and annual budget, as well as oversee composting and closed site operations and compliance requirements

The Outreach and Engagement (BHS O&E)team serves participants who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness and experiencing mild to serious behavioral health and/or substance use condition. The Mental Health Specialist (MHS) provides services focused on linking individuals to needed resources and services. The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), within the Crisis & Acute Care Services Function Area of MHRS, has a need to fill a Mental Health Specialist who is a Licensed Psychiatric Technician or Licensed Vocational Nurse to perform the following:
* Evaluating adults experiencing psychiatric symptoms over a duration of less than 23.5 hours
* Providing crisis stabilization
* Providing telephone consultations, as needed
* Assessing adults experiencing psychiatric symptoms and recommend treatment services
* Administering medication as needed for adult psychiatric clients
* Referring adult psychiatric clients to the appropriate facilities in order to obtain proper care and treatment

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work and/or at least three (3) years of field experience providing participant-related services to persons experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders. The ideal candidate for the Outreach and Engagement position will also possess two (2) years of experience working with the homeless or those at risk of homelessness and have a strong desire to work with this population. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION
The Environmental Health Division (EH) is comprised of various programs aimed toward protecting the health and safety of Orange County residents and visitors from harmful conditions in the environment. Services include retail and wholesale food protection, foodborne illness investigations, public pool inspections, childhood lead exposure prevention, water quality, ocean water protection, solid waste facility oversight, hazardous materials surveillance and mitigation oversight, underground and aboveground storage tank oversight, body art facility and practitioner oversight, medical waste management inspections and a used oil recycling education program.
The Hazardous Materials Surveillance Section (HMSS) manages the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA), medical waste, and body art regulatory inspection programs. The CUPA programs consist of the hazardous materials, hazardous waste, above-ground petroleum tanks, underground storage tanks (UST), and the California Accidental Release Prevention (CalARP) inspection programs. In addition to the regulatory oversight programs, the HMSS manages two CalRecycle grants, the Waste Tire Enforcement grant and the Used Oil Recycling grant.
The Land & Water Quality (LWQ) Sectionmanages the Site Mitigation program including Local Oversight programs (LOP) and Industrial Cleanup (IC), which provide regulatory oversight for cleanup of current/former industrial facilities and leaking underground storage tanks (USTs). The IC program serves all the cities and unincorporated areas of Orange County. The LOP serves a similar area; however, excludes the cities of Anaheim and Fullerton.
TheLWQSectionalso managesthe Solid Waste (SW)program that protects public health and safety, and the environment by ensuring that solid waste is collected, stored, processed and disposed properly. Solid waste facilities in Orange County are required to hold permits from the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA).
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Hazardous Materials Specialist III (HMS III) is the journey level class in the Hazardous Materials Specialist series and typically reports to a Supervising Hazardous Materials Specialist.
CUPA HMS III duties:
* Assist management with state audits, as well as CUPA and Participating Agencies' (PA) evaluations. Coordinate with senior staff in fire agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Be on-call for the Health Hazmat Team in emergency incidents, disasters involving spills, releases of hazardous materials/waste, or threats to public health and the environment.
* Work on/participate in enforcement hearings, draft enforcement orders and work with the District Attorney's office on case referrals.
* Provide expert-level training to large groups at a state-wide conference and promote learning outside of the agency at the annual California CUPA conference.
* Serve as a lead representative for the CUPA programs state-wide technical advisory group (TAG).
* Lead Resource Conservation and Recovery ACT (RCRA) Large Quantity Generator and Hazardous Waste treatment inspections at larger manufacturing facilities and sites with multiple programs.
* Conduct UST installation inspections. The number of installations throughout the County is projected to increase due to the sunset date for single-walled tanks.
* Conduct CalARP inspections at Level 3 facilities which involve complex chemical processes, significant offsite consequences, or have a history of accidents.
LOP/IC HMS III duties:
* Apply extensive knowledge of State of California laws and regulations regarding leaking UST and non-UST contamination, investigation, and remediation. Prepare directive letters and Notices of Violation to enforce regulatory compliance.
* Review and evaluate human health risk assessments submitted by responsible parties and consultants; prepare comment letters as necessary; consult with Department of Toxic Substances Control and Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment regarding technical issues related to human health risk assessment and mitigation measures.
* Lead interagency meetings with the State or Regional Water Boards and Department of Toxic Substances Control in evaluating site conditions and potential impacts.
* Apply general principles of hydrogeology, chemical fate and transport, toxicology, risk analysis, public health and safety, and assessment and remediation to provide technical evaluations of reports submitted to the program.
* Prepare presentations for the public, regulated community, individual responsible parties and business owners. Provide responsive information to all stakeholders at appropriate levels.
* Review new or updated regulations and draft workflows/checklists to ensure staff compliance with changes.
* Assist with HMSI/HMSII staff development, including training and cross-training.
LEA HMS III duties:
* Prepare and review complex reports, reviews, and other documents with minimal or no supervisor assistance. Technical reports include but not limited to soil analysis and remediation data and plans.
* Conduct complex inspections independently and submits final reports to Supervisor for review. Complex inspections include sites that may have multiple waste streams, redevelopment plans, changes to the site, a history of violations or combination of these factors.
* Work in conjunction with the Senior Civil Engineer on projects for post closure land use plan and landfill gas mitigation systems. Provides confirmation that the base information is accurate to ensure comprehensive and encompassing review.
* Apply principles and knowledge of geology to read, interpret and analyze soil test reports.
* Serve as the LEA lead in interagency meetings with State Water Boards, CalRecycle, community members and other stakeholders. Provide timely and responsive information at appropriate levels.
* Assist County Counsel in the preparation of LEA legal documents, confirming accuracy of information and providing all relevant regulatory background information.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess at least three (3) years of experience in hazardous materials, solid waste management, site mitigation, or hazardous waste management. For Body Art programs, the ideal candidate will be in possession of the following: a valid certificate of registration as an Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).

The newly reformed Planning and Development Division oversees and delivers the airport's $700 million Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which includes airside, landside, and terminal renovations, as well as major utility projects and long-term infrastructure planning. THE OPPORTUNITY
John Wayne Airport (JWA) is seeking a qualified and experienced Capital Projects Managerto lead the planning and execution of the Airport's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This position reports directly to the Planning and Development Business Services Deputy Director and will oversee the development, programming and planning of the Airport Capital Projects of JWA's7-year CIP, valued at over $700 million. The program includes key improvements to airport infrastructure such as the Airfield, Terminal Facilities, Parking Structures, Energy, and other related infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills to ensure projects are properly funded, budgeted, prioritized, and scoped to be delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with airport goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop and manage the airport's multi-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including budget creation, program approval, and project prioritization to meet short and long term infrastructure needs
* Plan and oversee major capital projects to enhance airport safety, reliability, and resilience, and updated FAA Airport Capital Improvement Program plans totaling over $700 million
* Review project studies, scopes, and specifications for inclusion in the CIP, ACIP and the 5 year Strategic Financial Plan relating to scope, funding, cost, and airport priorities
* Recommend project prioritization and scheduling to meet infrastructure needs, applying changes, FFA guidance, future projects and aviation best practices

ABOUT THE POSITION
The County of Orange, Registrar of Voters conducts proactive outreach programs in Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Spanish as mandated by the U.S. Voting Rights Act. THE DIVISION
The Sheriff-Coroner/Technology Division consists of approximately 150 personnel organized in six areas that specialize in specific operational and technical units, including Administration/Operations, Special Projects, Radio Communications, Applications, Infrastructure, and Security. The Division is also responsible for all Information Technology operations across the entire Sheriff's Department. This includes application development and support, help desk support, desktop support, mobile and MDC support, storage and server support, network and CCTV support, and network security operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a journey level class in the Communications Technician series that is located at Sheriff's Technical Services Unit (Radio Communications). Incumbents in this class install, maintain and repair complex electronic equipment, and work with minimal supervision.
GENERAL DUTIES
Troubleshooting and repair of electronics; perform preventative maintenance on radio communications equipment, program radios and design radio channel layout (template); install electronics in public safety vehicles, motorcycles, marine vessels, and buildings; service calls, customer service, ambulance certifications, configure, maintain, and provide media for video recording systems (in-car video, body warn cameras); self-development training; miscellaneous related tasks.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This internship is an in-person internship and is assigned to the South Region Landfill located in San Juan Capistrano.
The engineering group at South Region Landfill in San Juan Capistrano provides engineering support services to the ongoing landfill operations, including drainage and erosion control; site grading designs; landfill gas collection system maintenance/expansion/monitoring; renewable energy program management assistance; construction support service; groundwater/gas/compost sampling/monitoring; and various regulatory compliance monitoring, reporting, and remediation tasks.
Interns will learn about the general operations of a landfill, focusing on the civil and environmental engineering aspects under the direct guidance of Engineering Technicians and Civil Engineering Associates. While working with the Engineering Technicians, interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience sampling liquids such as stormwater and groundwater, sampling compost, using gas monitoring equipment, and operating surveying equipment including drones. From the Civil Engineering Associates, interns have the potential to develop design skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, learn about compliance policies and their associated governing agencies, and understand landfill engineering infrastructure, such as the Landfill Gas Control and Collection System, that help reduce environmental impacts and protect public safety. Additionally, interns will work with licensed Civil Engineers and will be supervised by a licensed Senior Civil Engineer which increases career prospects by gaining knowledge and expertise from professionals in the engineering field. Interns will also have the chance to interact and learn from OCWR's Operations team, Project Management team, and various consultants and contractors.
INTERN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Food and Pool Safety:Conducts inspections at retail food facilities, temporary food facilities, mobile food facilities, wholesale food facilities, public swimming pools, and at hotel/motels to promote safe and sanitary conditions and protect the public while enforcing public health regulations.
Plan Check:Conduct plan review and construction inspection for all retail food facilities and public swimming pools undergoing new construction or remodels throughout the county. These programs work directly with members of the public including owners, architects, contractors, and consultants.
Water Quality:The responsibilities for this position include activities related to well constructions and destructions, liquid waste hauler, ocean water protection and cross connection programs. Each of these water quality programs are related to monitoring/regulating/preventing potentially hazardous conditions in the environment that may impact public health. Examples of duties in this position include conducting inspections, investigating complaints, pursuing enforcement action, educating and assisting businesses and industries, water purveyors, and the general public as to the laws and regulations related to water quality.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Environmental Health Specialist III will assume specialized tasks within the Food and Pool Safety, Plan Check, and Water Quality Sections. Additionally, the Environmental Health Specialist III will:
* Conduct specialized studies, investigations, regular routine field inspections and makes recommendations as to findings; compile information, evaluate present procedures and assist with drafting proposed ordinances, division policies, regulations and guidelines in the area of specialization; may review and make recommendations involving environmental impact reports, and new legislation
* Assist staff in resolving complex field investigation problems; assist with training new district staff; consult with Supervising Environmental Health Specialists and/or the Program Manager regarding key or emergency situations
* Plan and conduct in-service and public education training programs; recommend program goals and assist in the implementation of County-wide sanitation programs; attend and address public meetings, educational conferences and symposium
* Provide statistical data, including proper procedures of research methods, such as statistical sampling and analysis, data sources, and collection methods to obtain information on various public health and sanitation programs and problems
* Investigate complaints, research, and respond to citizen inquiries

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Deputy Probation Correctional Officer I is an entry level class in the Deputy Probation Correctional Officer series formerly titled Deputy Juvenile Correctional Officer and works under direct supervision. There is no permanent status in this classification. A Deputy Probation Correctional Officer I who passes a one (1) year probationary period, and after satisfactory job performance, will be promoted to Deputy Probation Correctional Officer II. Incumbents who are not promoted will have failed probation in this class. Incumbents are peace officers under the California Penal Code section 830.5.
The Deputy Probation Correctional Officer I for Probation will be responsible for the following:
* Providing direct supervisory responsibility for youth in 24-hour, seven-day a week secure and non-secure facilities
* Making periodic checks of rooms or units and recording safety checks and population verifications
* Conducting activities designed to assist in the resocialization of youth
* Observing and recording behavioral actions or disturbances; providing situational counseling to juvenile offenders if necessary
* Effectively de-escalating violent behavior and participating in the physical restraint of violent and assaultive youth when necessary; utilizing safety equipment and techniques such as chemical agents and restraint equipment in compliance with legal mandates and policy guidelines

TTC provides high quality STD and HIV services including medical care, case management, HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), HIV Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), Rapid Antiretroviral Therapy (Rapid ART), AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), information & education on STD and HIV care, Ryan White eligibility screening, HIV partner services and treatment adherence.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Medical Assistant provides integral support to clinic operations within the TTC Clinic. Under the direct supervision of a clinician, nurse practitioner, or registered nurse, the Medical Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of clinical and administrative duties, including but not limited to:
* Performing venipuncture for blood specimen collection; administering subcutaneous or intramuscular injections and medications; and providing medications orally, sublingually, topically, vaginally, rectally, or as a single dose to patient for immediate self-administration.
* Conducting urine pregnancy tests and micro urinalysis dipstick testing.
* Scheduling and preparing patients for examination by recording vital signs, height, weight, and demographic information (name, age, sex, and date of birth). Completing basic patient history, including the history of present illness or complaint, and past medical, family, and social history.

Bilingual skills, specifically,Spanish and Vietnamese, are highly desired for the current position. THE OPPORTUNITY
OCPW is seeking an experienced Senior Building Inspector in the OC Development Services service area to support the Building and Safety Division and perform inspections of new, remodeled residential and commercial structures during construction and upon completion. Senior Building Inspector is the journey-level classification within the Building Inspector job series, and performs afull range of duties requiring greater technical knowledge with little supervision or guidance.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Community Development Compliance and Environmental Coordinator position is essential to ensuring compliance with the Federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), overseeing the proper use of Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, as well as Project Based Vouchers (PBVs) and tracking affordable housing development project environmental review process. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing input into the HUD Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) and setting up all projects, including use of the County's accounting system to create project setup. Additionally, this position is responsible for reviewing and implementing NEPA compliance, including processing Environmental Assessments for affordable housing as needed with consultants for affordable housing developments and overseeing contract monitoring for compliance and timely drawdown of funding.

The Sr. IT Applications Developer serve as a key technical expert supporting the Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) revenue cycle system. As part of a team, this role will focus on the development, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle Health (formerly known as Cerner) revenue cycle modules, ensuring seamless operation of billing, claims, reimbursements, and patient financial services, and providing support for all large-scale projects that involve upgrades, changes, and innovations. Structured Oral Interview | SOI (Weighted 100%)

This program will remain in effect as long as Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funding is available. The County and HCA are under no obligation to continue funding this program should MHSA funding cease for this program.)
* Vacation & Healthcare Leave (OCEA, Non-Management) - You begin accruing vacation and healthcare leave from your first day on the job. The following are approximations of accrual rates during each 80-hour pay period:
* Leave Progression 1 (0 to 6,240 service hours ~ first 3 years)
* Vacation Accrual - 3 hours and 4 minutes per pay period (Approx. 2 weeks per year)

THE AGENCY

Under the direction of the Agency Director, a new and dynamic executive team with an organizational structure comprised of five (5) service areas - Administrative Services, Behavioral Health Services, Correctional Health Services, Specialized Medical Services and Public Health Services - is committed to meeting the health needs of the diverse Orange County community.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Division consists of the following service areas Adult and Older Adult Behavioral Health, Children and Youth Services, Quality Management Services, Mental Health Services Act Office, Data Analytics and Evaluation, Crisis and Acute Care Services, Substance Use Services, BHS Navigation, and Forensics and Justice Involved. These service areas provide a culturally competent and client-centered system of behavioral health services for all eligible county residents in need of treatment for alcohol and other drug abuse and mental health care.
THE PROGRAM
In Children and Youth Services (CYS),there are a variety of direct client care opportunities to serve Orange County children, youth, transitional age youth, and their families impacted by mental illness and substance use disorders. CYS has three (3) major areas of service: 1) Regional outpatient clinics, (including intensive community-based recovery-oriented services) 2) programs serving youth in the juvenile justice system, and 3) programs serving foster youth. All programs strive to provide high quality, evidence-based services in a system that addresses the specific and unique needs of the individual and their support systems. Those served by CYS come from a variety of cultures and diverse backgrounds. The population served consists of children, youth, and transitional age youth ages 0 through 25.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is necessary to provide psychiatric services to children and youth in CYS outpatient clinics. The Psychiatrist will collaborate with a team of professionals both within the HCA, and with other County agencies with whom the programs partner with to ensure comprehensive care is provided. Additional job duties include, but are not limited to: conducting psychiatric evaluations on a scheduled or in a crisis situation, ordering lab tests, gathering medical, psychiatric, and social information from various sources, and creating treatment plans involving medication or other therapeutic approach.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate will be certified in child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and have completed a two (2) year fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry.Bilingual skills are highly desirable but not required.
In addition, the ideal candidate must demonstrate substantial knowledge and practical experience directly related to the following competencies below:
Professional & Technical Expertise
* Perform prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of seriously mentally ill (SMI) patients
* Clear patients from acute mental crisis (e.g. schizophrenia, affective disorder, anxiety disorder, substance abuse disorder, childhood mental disorder, and depression)
* Provide care during psychiatric emergencies, including life-support measures and stabilization of mentally ill patients
* Respond and manage patients experiencing mood swings, anxiety, anger, substance abuse, and other major mental illnesses
* Treat patients with addiction and drug withdrawal by recognizing all of the following withdrawal symptoms: Emotional, Physical, Dangerous, Post-Acute
* Implement psychiatric treatment guidelines to meet state and federal mandates
* Thorough knowledge of the predictors of physical aggression in psychiatric patients
* Proficient use of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) to monitor the individual's status, document medical services, enter orders for pharmaceuticals and laboratory studies, and determine and document medical necessity

* Foster a positive work environment and understands the importance of working in a team setting
