Interacts with all parties involved in each chart correction case and is responsible for ensuring all necessary corrections are made within established quality and productivity standards, validates each case before closure, and provides reports to the manager on request. 4. Coordinates with Nuvance Health entities as necessary to ensure manual merge of paper documentation and merge of downstream systems, as appropriate. 5. Responds promptly to emergent notification regarding MPI errors. 6. Concurrently monitors origination points of duplicate number assignments and provides timely feedback to the appropriate departments. 7.
