This role will develop and oversee the Maximus Federal segment marketing strategy. Responsibilities include building brand visibility in the Federal marketplace, driving customer and partner engagement to support growth goals. This position will be responsible for developing annual marketing plans building strategy, managing the cross functional team and budget and, leveraging partner relationships, driving go-to-market solutions. Qualifications: -15+ years of experience in a Federal Marketing and Industry Analysis position including 7+ years managing a team. -Previous experience at a corporation focused on the Federal sector. -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; technical background and digital marketing are a plus. Additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered. -MA degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field, preferred. -Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. -In-depth knowledge of the Federal sector. -Critical thinker with problem-solving skills. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
