Ensure the completion and accuracy of reports to funding sources, and review documentation to ensure Agency and Funding Source standards are being met. Prepare or review all necessary filings required by regulatory agencies including: quarterly federal and state payroll tax and retirement plan returns (DE 3\'s and 941\'s, etc.), and other filings which may arise as the Agency grows. Oversee and coordinate all federal, state, and local tax filings for the Agency and its affiliated LLCs, including multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional requirements. Ensure timely and accurate filings and ongoing compliance with the California Franchise Tax Board, Secretary of State, and other applicable regulatory agencies for all entities. Manage the flow of information and coordination with external tax advisors and CPAs related to complex organizational and entity-specific tax matters.
