Management professional with over 20 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller / Chief Accounting Officer for publicly traded company, Fortune 50 Assistant Controller managing public company reporting, technical accounting and control functions, and Big 4 public accounting. Extensive experience overseeing professional staff, leading finance and accounting operations, reporting function, SOX compliance, technical accounting function, including the interpretation of FASB/SEC standards and managing the implementation of new accounting standards and accounting policies.

Robert Costantini joined ORBCOMM in 2006 after leaving his prior role as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of First Aviation Services Inc., an aviation services company providing aircraft parts and maintenance services. Prior to First Aviation Services, Mr. Costantini was Chief Financial Officer of FocusVision Worldwide, Inc., a technology company providing video transmission services. His career in finance has also included positions such as Vice President and Corporate Controller. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Juris Doctor, and member of the bar in both New York and Connecticut.
