The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room. Essential Responsibilities: • Organize and re-stock products on shelves. • Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves, coolers and other areas of the store. • Inspect merchandising when receiving it and reports defects, damages, expired products to the appropriate person. • Compare merchandising invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct. • Assist with inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished. • Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles. • Clean and maintain supplies, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations • Serves as a backup for customer service duties. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room. Reports To: Store Management Essential Functions Customer Experience * First Impressions: Create a positive first impression by adhering to the dress code. * Store Standards: Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness both in the stock room and on the selling floor. Inventory Control * Shipment Management: Notify management of any shipment discrepancies and missed markdowns in the stock room. * Merchandise Handling: Sensor, steam, fold, and hang merchandise as needed. * Stock Organization: Bring new goods to the selling floor and replenish merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor. * Operations: Execute transfers, RTVs (Return to Vendor), manage damages, and handle customer charge sends. * Stock Room Maintenance: Ensure the stock room is organized, clean, and merchandise is floor-ready at all times.
