Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.07 to $22.72 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Preferred Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience

Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and stock levels of bag and box area.
Maintain cleanliness of beverage service stations and beverage service carts.
Remove empty cups and other beverage containers from gaming areas and dispose of them in the trash.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Stocking experience preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Multicultural and bilingual experience preferred.
A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company's choice, through a payroll deduction program.
