Job Description Order Picker/Transit Driver WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Order Picker/Transit Driver to pick up products from the warehouse and deliver them to various local company locations. This is a great opportunity to join our WeatherTech Direct team! High performing, reliable, and teamwork-minded employees are rewarded with a competitive compensation and benefits package including the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases The base hourly rate starts at $22.00 per hour The schedule will be Sunday - 8:30am - 5:00pm; Monday - Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm As an Order Picker/Transit Driver you will Monitor emails and the website for customer orders; pick orders from Warehouse upon receipt utilizing an RF Scanner Load products into carts, move carts into Transit/cargo van and safely drive Transit/cargo van to deliver products to their requested location Communicate with various departments to coordinate the delivery of various documents and products for internal purposes Operate various material handling equipment to pick and move products Unloading bulk returns & entering returns into the database Looking over returns & either cleaning them or disposing of the damaged product Work a varied schedule & work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends Train employees on different functions of the work area to ensure they can perform the tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity Follow company safety rules and keep designated work area in a clean and orderly condition Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 2 years of steady professional driving experience At least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse High School diploma or equivalent 21 years or older A clean driving record with a valid driver's license Have great attendance and punctuality Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude Fluent in English Authorized to work in the United States Why you'll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and clean and safe workspace.
