The Warehouse Receiving Assistant will assist with receiving all goods and materials into the Warehouse, ensuring proper storage/placement of inventory items, and maintaining the Warehouse inventory system. This position will work closely with the Warehouse Logistics Manager to ensure items are received properly and distributed in a timely manner.

Essential Duties
Receives all goods and inventory coming into the warehouse.
Ensures that the necessary paperwork is received in the office for data input.
Works closely with the Warehouse & Distribution Manager to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Assists in receiving shipment into finance and inventory management software and applying shipment to Purchase Orders for various departments.
Receives all deliveries from FedEx, UPS, Kamaka Air, etc. and coordinates deliveries/pick-up of these items.
Properly stores and tags materials and supplies entering the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory and counts.
Generates delivery tags.
Verifies all items received against bills of lading, invoices, orders, receivers, etc.
Actively participates in the physical inventory of the warehouse as necessary.
Rotates stock according to FIFO to ensure quality control.
Maintains par levels of warehouse issue items and places order to replenish items as needed.
Prepares daily shipment for FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
Ensures that all deliveries have been pulled accurately, are tagged properly, are taken out of inventory (if necessary), and are clearly marked for their final destination.
