At Action, we're looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations in Meridian, ID. From receiving and organizing shipments to preparing outgoing orders, you'll play a vital role in making sure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

š§ What You'll Do:
Receive, inspect, and unload shipments, verifying accuracy and product condition
Sort and store products in their proper warehouse locations
Pick and pack orders for delivery and shipment
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Keep accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support your teammates and contribute to an efficient workflow
Follow all safety protocols and use PPE as required
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or General Manager
ā What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification is a plus
Previous warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience
Confidence operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
Physical strength and stamina for lifting and moving heavy items
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Team player mentality and effective communication skills
Basic computer skills for inventory systems and order processing
A strong focus on safety, responsibility, and efficiency
