Prepare monthly production and volume reports in order to measure productivity and prepare billing charges
Must successfully pass all CBPS Safety Training and equipment handling procedure

Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages

Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
Minimum 2 years professional experience combined in Inventory Management or Production related experience
ERP/WMS intermediate user-can be on the job but preferably hands on experience
A minimum of intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Knowledgeable of shipping/receiving and production operations/procedures
Experience operating power tool equipment including but not limited to cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.
Previous experience with material handling is required
Must know how to properly operate a forklift
Working knowledge of scanning equipment, internal database tracking system, dollies and carts

Physical Demands:

Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, and supply planning.
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
* Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building, and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment.
* Picking large case items with material handling equipment or pick small unit of measure items and place on designated cart.
* Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
* Utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in and/or send out products.
* Driving material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility may include orderpicker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
* Completing housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
