Expectations: * Unload case goods, bedding and/or upholstered furniture using a two wheel hand cart and second person assistance when needed. * Palletize product and box product when necessary. * Operate mobile lift equipment to bin product, place incoming product into the warehouse racks. * Based on assigned load sheet, retrieve product from aisle racks after cleared by scanner, and load trailer. * Pick-up breakage, miscellaneous wood, plastic and maintain housekeeping standards. * Check for damaged product and do not load any damaged product for shipment to customer. * Interact and respond professionally to co-workers requests. * Meet established product rates and accuracy standards. * You must have excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team. * Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management. Qualifications: * Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. * Work well with others and function in a team environment. * Safely operate all required equipment. * Must be able to move extremities and the spine through a functional range of motion allowing safe maneuvering of product from floor to overhead while material handling.
