    Job Description This third-shift position operates a Ride/Walk pallet jack pulling orders for next-day delivery. Requires fast-paced repetitive lifting of 25-35 lbs. during 3rd shift. Performance pay is based on piece work and accuracy. Prior food/beverage, or other similar fast-paced order picking experience is desired. Voice-pick experience is very desirable. Description (Key Activities Include): 1. Perform all duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking and security of products. 2. Regularly work long evening hours, finishing when the load is complete. 3. Regularly lifts 25-35lbs of product upwards of 1,500-2,500 times in a night for long hours while working safely and being self-motivated. 4. Rotate all products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking and returns activities according to company standard. 5. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards established by management 6. Build all orders quickly, accurately, and stable while wrapping orders tight and securely to the pallet to be staged, loaded, delivered, and merchandised to the customer accurately and safely. 7. Participate in pre-picking and merchandising of products as needed. 8. Keep products stored/rotated/picked correctly for best date quality assurance. 9. Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others. 10. Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned. 11. The Warehouse Order Builder is responsible for but not limited to the following job duties: Treating team with respect, taking an "I'm responsible" approach to safety Shift starts at 11am and ends when last order is pulled. Monday - Thursday (except Holiday weeks) Build pallets by stop and load directly on truck using a ride on pallet jack (walkie-rider) Pick Customer Dock Sales and Salesman orders as needed Build orders for next day delivery until all orders have been completed Weigh and stretch wrap all picked orders on pallets Pick orders with accuracy and efficiency verifying weight of EVERY pallet / correct pallets that have discrepancies Pick product in proper code date rotation Clean breakage and spills as they occur Pick up stretch film, wooden pallets and other debris from floor Repacking damaged product Safely operate various types of material handling equipment Perform any additional duties as requested Check with Supervisor for additional work assignments before ending shift The Warehouse Person primary qualifications include: Must be 18 years of age Work various shifts Clock in at start of shift, out at end of shift and breaks or meal periods Report to work as scheduled or contact Supervisor if tardy or absent Dress in company provided uniforms Ability to lift/carry 10 to 50 pound cases of product Adhere to and comply with company safety guidelines, policies and procedures Ability to work in a Controlled Warehouse Environment (cold temperature tolerance) Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job including: bend, stoop/squat, push/pull and reach above shoulders Must be able to work well with others in a team environment including crew, sales, and management
