Job Description
You will contribute by:
* Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset
* Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors
* Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards
* Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)
* Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damages
* Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
* Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
* Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
* Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

What You'll Do
Load, unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a Cherry Picker or Reach Forklift.
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
You can expect to lift 60lbs consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 - 100 pounds.
Our stock racks are 26 ft. tall, so you must not be afraid of heights.
You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.

Job Summary
The Order Selector is responsible for filling customers' grocery orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Selector is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
Essential Job Functions:
Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is shipped.
Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms.
Tag or mark orders as requested.
Repack orders when necessary.
Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
Stock product in pick slots
Conduct physical inventories as required.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

Pick, lift, carry, and place product into appropriate boxes to accurately build customer orders
Construct the required box for each order and attach all pertinent paperwork
Utilizing lighting pick (LP) to light systems to pick and place product per standard operating procedure configuration while meeting expected efficiency goals, as well as accuracy for the customer orders
Assemble literature kits, marketing packets, freight orders, and mail promotional materials for sales force and health care professionals
Ensure orders and outbound shipments are complete, accurate, and free of damage
Repack and weigh any orders that don't meet Quality Control requirements
Palletize cases in preparation for shipment
Monitor product racks to ensure accurate product placement
Conduct physical inventories and replenish stock as required
Operate various pieces of equipment including case taper, printers, and paper machines

Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfilment
Set up work area and obtain necessary equipment and materials
Accurately select finished goods from stock using an Intermec handheld scanner and tablet
Pack, seal, label, stencil, and prepare goods for shipment
Complete required documentation, including packing/shipping forms, bills of lading, and UPS/FedEx records
Load outgoing shipments and verify carton counts against bills of lading
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed
Unload incoming overseas shipment containers that are floor loaded and palletized
Perform basic computer functions for order processing and record-keeping
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
Assist in other areas of distribution as assigned by the supervisor
Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and leaders
Maintain punctuality for shift start times and breaks
Possess reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance
Be available and willing to work overtime as business needs require
Requirements:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Basic verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read and follow customer orders and shipping documents
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently within given instructions
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
Must be willing to operate a pallet rider-will need to complete onsite training and pass certification
Must be 18 years or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience in an order fulfillment or shipping/receiving role
Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software
Forklift certification or prior experience operating material-handling equipment
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
Physical Requirements:
Regularly bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, and pull materials
Frequently stand, walk, and lift items up to 70 lbs
Ability to operate a pallet rider and forklift (after training/certification)
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Join our team and play a key role in getting products safely and efficiently to our customers. As an Order Selector, you'll be responsible for building and wrapping pallets, operating electric pallet jacks, and ensuring every order is accurate and damage-free.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely and accurately select customer orders while meeting weekly productivity and accuracy standards. - Goal: Move 1,000+ cases of products during each shift.
Build, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment.
Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and operate electric pallet jacks in a safe manner.
Use order-selecting software and equipment to move products from racks to pallets with care.
Verify products for accuracy and quality, ensuring items are damage-free.
Transport completed orders to the correct dock area and apply shrink wrap as required.
Work with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment, including clearing aisles, stacking empty pallets, and returning equipment to the charging area.
Perform additional duties as directed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Experience
1-3 months' experience in a warehouse setting preferred.

Skills
Ability to pass and operate pallet jacks and the Lift Truck Operator Training Course test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English in order to interpret labels, complete documentation, and follow instructions.
Comfortable using basic math for counting, measurements, and simple calculations. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION & WORKING CONDITIONS:
This Position is scheduled Sunday - Thursday, starting at 7pm to completion. It requires the ability to work 8+ hours but may be able to leave early if team completes work ahead of the schedule. Working on holidays may be required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance. Must have visual acuity to move safely in warehouse environment, read labels and see other moving equipment, including peripheral vision. The work environment can be loud at times due to various equipment.
The employee must frequently lift, carry, push, pull 20 to 80 pounds and occasionally lift and /or move more than 100 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to various warehouse temperature environments (dry, cooler, and freezer) that include wet and/or humid conditions, from -10 degrees to 85 degrees.
