What you'll do:
Pick up proper selecting documents prior to order selection process.
Select and separate products by account and stop number as designated by the computer-generated label.
Match the product description with the label description. Build pallets according to customer guidelines. Maintain production standards while minimizing errors.
Transport the completed orders via a stand-up electric pallet jack to the appropriate staging area.
Return completed selecting documents to proper collection site per Shipping Department specifications.
Other duties and special projects as requested.
Must maintain good attendance.
Maintain safe work practices.

You will contribute by:
+ Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset
+ Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors
+ Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards
+ Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)
+ Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damages
+ Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
+ Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
+ Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Essential Functions:

Order Filler Responsibilities Include:
Perform a full range of warehousing activities, to include, but not limited to, receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping bulk and individual gear and equipment.
Conducts the accurate packing and shipping of PGI material.
Receiving and filling customer orders.
Picking merchandise from warehouse shelves, packing merchandise, checking packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keeping track of inventory and shipments.
Support public affairs consultants serving as project leads for various environmental-focused communication projects.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Order Filler Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Minimum of 1 year experience in performing warehouse duties, such as packing, shipping, receiving, filling customer orders, picking merchandise from warehouse shelves, packing merchandise, checking packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keeping track of inventory and shipments.
Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
Must be detailed-oriented, demonstrate good time-management skills and manage workload with minimal oversight
The ability to obtain forklift safety certification
The ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
