The GCS U.S. Large Enterprises Client Group manages strategic corporate payment relationships with clients, including many multi-national organizations and acquires new corporate payments customers with revenue over $300M. This Manager, Large Enterprises Client Group is responsible for deepening strategic account relationships and growing the corporate payments spend in a portfolio.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as payments expert for all corporate payments solutions within portfolio to deliver on the GCS value proposition.

Responsibilities
Assist and support the Branch Manager in promoting teamwork efforts amongst the tellers and within the branch to meet and exceed Credit Union established sales goals and service standards.
Supervise Teller area and provide branch wide operational support.
Supports the branch manager with branch operations and directly supervises tellers at branches with a staff of 16 or less.
Supervise the activities of tellers to include scheduling, coaching, staff goal achievement, and developmental activities, to include completing individual observations and one-on-one meetings.
Provide operational support to all branch staff while serving as resource for operational procedures. Oversee effective lobby management.

As a Business Specialist within J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will be responsible for overseeing the Advisor's business operations, partnering with leadership, managing team workflow, mentoring team members, acting as a liaison between management and the Advisor's team, and identifying new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
+ Oversee sales support effort for a J.P. Morgan Advisors team through the coordination and completion of client service-related projects and operational issues supervise junior sales support including hiring, training, and performance management
+ Oversees and regulates workflow within the group including identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies. Develop procedures for solving logistical and administrative client concerns. Improve communications between team members, JPMA partners (Client Onboarding Group, middle office, operations, Banking, etc.), and externally to clients
+ Manage client contact and coverage responsibilities including main point of contact for key client relationships. Work together with other teams in meeting all compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements, and compliance with internal policies
+ Attend client meetings as necessary. Complete ad hoc client related projects as needed. Navigating the firm / client issue resolution, escalation and creative solutions
+ Work with Financial Advisor to identify new business opportunities; market and implement investment solutions in accordance with clients' investment objectives; grow new assets by identifying and developing new business opportunities from existing client base
+ Perform special portfolio analysis on products. Attends product rollouts, ideas calls and research meetings to stay current on all JPMA products and services
+ Assist and coordinate the onboarding of new relationships and meet service needs and expectations of existing and new clients.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ 7 years' experience in Financial Services industry
+ Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients
+ Ability to work in a team-based environment
+ Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
+ Experienced in working on a team with at least two additional Sales Associate
+ Series 7 & 66 licenses upon hire or must successfully obtain within 180 days from start date
+ Bachelor's degree required

Description
Tellers are direct customer service positions responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional banking experience. Tellers are responsible for a variety of tasks including providing excellent customer service, processing account transactions efficiently, accurately, and confidentially using a computerized Teller system, helping resolve customer concerns, following proper procedures to minimize errors and reduce fraud, and be a strong team player who enjoys helping others.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Essential Teller Duties
Create a connection and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service.
Receive checks and cash for deposit into checking and savings accounts, verify deposit amounts, examine checks for endorsement and negotiability, examine cash for validity, and ensure transactions are complete for processing and issuing customer receipts with minimal assistance.
Receive loan payments, including verifying customer name, loan number, loan type, loan payment structure, and preparing loan payment coupons for processing with minimal assistance.
End of day balancing of your assigned cash drawer following Teller I accuracy guidelines and reporting as appropriate to your supervisor.
May redeem U.S. Savings Bonds, sell Cashier's Checks, assist customers with safe deposit box entry, process mail and night deposit transactions
Identify and offer relevant banking services and products to our customers.
Problem solves to assist customers with debit cards, address changes, stop payments, statement questions, with some assistance.
General
Maintain the safety, integrity, and confidentiality of customer information.
Help maintain a safe and secure work environment by displaying responsiveness to lobby traffic and ensuring each customer is acknowledged in a friendly and helpful manner.
Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with teammates and other departments to maximize effectiveness and to best serve our customers.
Regular and reliable attendance.

CrowdStreet is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to serve as an integral member of the Investments Team. The Real Estate analyst will have exposure to nearly every facet of the CrowdStreet Investments process.
