Don't work there, I'm insured there. It is an absolute nightmare for customer service. No pros, at least in the customer service dept. They are great people hindered by lack resources to help members fix problems that should be very simple to resolve.
If my experience as a customer is any indication, the employees of Moda Health must dread going to work everyday. The company expects it's customers to be experts in medical/dental coding to receive reimbursements covered in their plans. The service personnel are not allowed to help with claims at all, and all claims must be sent in the mail and the claims dept. seems to loose them as often as not.
Seeing that the CEO of Delta Dental of CA earns more than the CEO of Apple on a revenue that is a tiny fraction of that of Apple. All the while they pay the Customer Service reps peanuts.
Not a fu##ing thing
be the non-profit that the charter claims and make the management perform for the customer first, executive compensation should be commencement with success, including customer satisfaction .
I would never work for Moda or Delta Dental, both treat employees and customers like dirt.
I guess it is top in the world for the very top management!
Who gives a big rat's a## about diversity, quality should come first regardless of the "demographic" of the workers. Stupid fu##ing question, stupid criteria for a business.
