Pros of working at Oregon Symphony

I am a professional musician who worked for Oregon Symphony for just under a decade. The only Pro I can think of is the work schedule which allows for a great deal of free time.

Cons of working at Oregon Symphony

Low pay, dishonest and untrustworthy management, musicians are not considered to be professionals nor are treated as such. It is an entry level orchestra which is hopefully used as a temporary stepping stone to another position.

Oregon Symphony benefits
