Oregon Web Press is very employee oriented. They value employee's skills and want to work with there employees to increase their skills. It is very important to put out a really high quality product and service the customers really well. We all work as a team to do a great job. It is also a very honest company and I like that. We never take advantage of a customer.
I don't leave in Albany so I have to commute. I don't like that especially during the winters when it is dark. The company has about 30 employees with not very much turn over. I which it was bigger so there were more opportunities to move up faster.
Monthly BBQs and paid birthdays off.
