We perform the whole gamut of adult cardiac and thoracic surgery including CABG, Valve surgery, Aortic aneurysms and dissections, pulmonary resections and decortications. We do not perform ventricular assist devices. As the ideal candidate, you would have surgical first assist experience and a strong attraction to the operating room. Must be able to function and thrive within a high-functioning team. The new providers responsibilities will include assisting in the operating room (including endoscopic and open vein and radial artery harvesting); patient care on the Cardiothoracic Surgery in-patient unit; night call on weeknights and weekends (anticipated 1 in 6 for each) for floor patients and for the operating room; and rare outpatient clinic care. A role as an Associate Banker is for you. As an Associate Banker in Emerging Middle Market, you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. As a Banker Associate you are responsible for helping bankers cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, build market share and drive internal and external client dialogue. Our Banker Associates are required to have deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services. Banker Associates work closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core, therefore our ideal candidate exhibits a strong interest in cross border businesses, cultural sensitivity, a commitment to teamwork and partnership, and exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities * Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset * Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships * Find ways to drive new client acquisition in partnership with the bankers * Embrace a culture of respect, diversity and inclusion Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills * 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role * Outstanding professional reputation and integrity * Strong leadership skills required * Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment * Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly * Extensive knowledge of products and services Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills * Bachelor's degree preferred * Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred * Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
