Position Summary
The Racial Equity Associate will provide strategic, research, and writing support to the Racial Equity team at GroundBreakers. Racial Equity Associates will work closely with the Racial Equity team as well as help coordinate with the Media team. As a Racial Equity Fellow for GroundBreakers, your duties would include:
Conducting needs assessments with racial equity leaders to help inform the most relevant and impactful programming possible;
Conducting research on successful implementation of antiracism practices within nonprofits and social movements;
Conducting research and surveys to inform the Racial Equity Guidebook as a resource centralizing best practices for leaders and grassroots organizations;
Supporting event planning and management for the Racial Equity Roundtable Series;
Collaborating with the GroundBreakers Media Team on promoting content and engaging the GroundBreakers network of local leaders.

The inspector is responsible for quality assurance on behalf of Bureau Veritas's client, in addition to on- site inspections during the construction phase. The ideal candidate must demonstrable experience in a similar position.
Requirements:
Communicating with the Project Managers to determine the specific requirements of a given work order, including the scope of work, deliverables, schedule, and budget for a particular assignment
Communication with the Project Managers, fabrication shops, contractors, BV employees, and other third parties to resolve issues
Reliable High Speed Internet connection
Valid Driver's license, and a clean driving record
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Ensure that the services provided are performed in accordance with the project requirements and contract with the client

You are responsible for visiting customer homes to determine their HVAC needs and make the appropriate recommendations for system replacement. This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
Available to go on two to three calls per day, including weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability
Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Complete all necessary paperwork to include: agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms.
Lead generation activities to include attending networking events, home shows and community events and making outbound calls.
Attend weekly sales meeting and coaching sessions.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Prior industry experience not needed
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills to insure scheduled deadlines are met
Professional appearance and personality
100% training provided on our systems and operations.
