This person will join an experienced team with the main objective leading supplier relationships, market intelligence, and commercial negotiations for BESS, PV Modules, or High Voltage Equipment. The successful candidate will help Origis Energy navigate strategy, market conditions and make sourcing recommendations for our growing renewable business. Key Responsibilities
Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, when applicable, for PV modules, energy storage equipment, and HV equipment; analyze bid results and compile bid evaluations.
Lead analysis and evaluation of supplier product options and make recommendations for supplier and product selections, including quantifying and managing contractual risk with suppliers.
Negotiate and contract equipment and service transactions for projects and support the interdisciplinary team across legal, finance, development, operations, technical and other personnel.

If you are selected as the 3rd Mate, you will be working under the direction of the Master and Chief Mate. The 3rd Mate must have a good understanding of all deck machinery and cargo systems and be proficient at navigation and cargo watch keeping. The 3rd Mate is required to participate in all drills and emergencies and to assist with the enforcement of rules, procedures, regulations, and pollution prevention.

Position Overview
The Solar PV & BESS O&M Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage systems. This role requires understanding of solar operations and electrical systems, with the ability to perform tasks independently while following established safety procedures. Technicians in this role will:

Monitor plant operations through SCADA and contribute to commissioning, testing, and system modifications

Troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance as required
Work with remote operators to identify and resolve site issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using CMMS software
Provide guidance to other technicians as appropriate to experience level
Execute installation tasks with proficiency in torquing, calibration, and the use of specialized tools
May also be required to:
Lead advanced troubleshooting across multiple OEM platforms, including controls interface and system diagnostics
Develop and implement Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and electrical work plans

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Specialist, Condition Monitoring is to support the Manager, Reliability in overseeing the condition monitoring program. The Specialist, Condition Monitoring will provide leadership for Condition Monitoring Technicians and support Reliability and Discipline Engineers, Condition Monitoring Technicians and Laboratory team. The position will be based in Brownsville, TX. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership and oversight for the Condition Monitoring Service Contract, working closely with Rotating Equipment Discipline Engineers.
Serve as the Condition Monitoring Subject Matter Expert during Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies to enhance equipment reliability and optimize maintenance costs.
Partner with Discipline Engineering and Condition Monitoring teams to implement and sustain the company's Condition Monitoring Program for facility equipment.
Review and validate condition monitoring recommendations prior to creating corrective work notifications.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques-such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermal imaging, ultrasonic testing, and trend data-to support Rotating Equipment Engineers in identifying and predicting potential equipment failures.
Manage the Condition Monitoring Contract and coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to execute preventive maintenance programs.
Optimize condition monitoring intervals in collaboration with Engineering and Rotating Equipment disciplines.
Identify and implement optimal lubrication sampling locations to ensure effective lube oil analysis.
Establish and refine condition monitoring routes (lubrication, thermography, vibration).
Drive adoption of remote sensors and digitalization for enhanced condition monitoring data collection.
Provide technical support for continuous improvement of Condition Monitoring and Maintenance strategies.
Contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reliability targets for the RGLNG Reliability Team.
Develop, maintain, and document procedures and records for Condition Monitoring data.
Participate in equipment failure investigations and provide technical insight to prevent recurrence.
MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS
Trade certification or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
Certified Vibration Analyst - Category II (minimum).
Certified Machine Lubrication Analyst (MLA Cat II) or Machine Lubrication Engineer (MLE) certification.
Working knowledge of Bently Nevada System 1 or equivalent condition monitoring systems (preferred).
Skilled in thermal imaging, including data capture and basic report generation.
Minimum 5 years of condition monitoring experience within petrochemical, LNG, or heavy industrial operations, performing both data collection and analysis.
Minimum 10 years total experience in maintenance, reliability, or other technical roles.
Prior participation in RCM workshops and demonstrated application of reliability improvement strategies.
PREFFERED REQUIREMENTS
Experience with SAP S4 HANA maintenance or reliability modules.
5+ years of experience in an LNG facility or similar heavy industrial environment in a condition monitoring role.
Demonstrated experience in optimizing condition monitoring routes and leveraging digital technology or analytics tools to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

The Director of Origination, reporting to the Senior Director Origination, will play a key role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the Central region (MISO/SPP), contributing to the growth and expansion of our renewable energy portfolio.
The Director of Origination will lead customer negotiations, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and must be comfortable serving as the face of the company in customer meetings. Position Description
The Site Reliability/Data Engineer position, reporting to the Senior Business Systems Manager, will be responsible for design, build, and optimize our data infrastructure with a focus on Databricks, Python, and modern data engineering practices. This role will support data ingestion, transformation, and analytics across operational, financial, and production systems, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
The Site Reliability/Data Engineer will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure required to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate testing and deployment. Additionally, they will ensure database maintenance and optimization to enable the efficient deployment of algorithms and applications within the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Solar and Storage industry experts and data scientists to support the infrastructure environment needed to implement and deploy web applications which best meet the company's needs.
Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure to automate the testing and deployment of software components that include the frontend and backend services, internal tools and data workflows.

Responsibilities:
Perform project work for commissioning, energy auditing, and retro-commissioning of new construction and existing buildings.
Complete technical project work, including reviewing construction documents, submittals, and code requirements, developing testing plans, and inspecting installations.
Conduct terminal unit functional testing, record review comments, and document inspection findings in issues logs and memos.
Provide written technical and non-technical reports for program compliance and ownership review.
Work together with building owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including project managers, energy modelers, sustainability consultants, and accessibility consultants.
Support project teams by reviewing technical calculations for accuracy, assisting with application reviews, and communicating with program participants to ensure documentation aligns with guidelines.
Who You Are:
Bachelor s degree in engineering or related science degree.
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with building HVAC systems.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Skills: energy auditing, building commissioning, energy modeling, technical documentation, energy data analysis, construction document review, and ensuring energy code compliance.
Familiarity with:
Utility billing analysis and energy savings spreadsheet calculations.
Energy Codes and / or ASHRAE standards.
NYC Local Laws related to energy and climate (Local Laws 84, 87, 95 and 97).
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to type, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to climb stairs, use elevators and exterior construction hoists, and may be exposed to cold and hot interior and exterior temperatures for extended periods of time (when in the field).
Travel Requirements: Occasional overnight travel may be required (Less than 10%). Frequent local field visits in the Metro area will be necessary (approximately 40-50%).
Working Environment: Recent hires may be required to work in-office five days per week during onboarding, with potential for a flexible schedule after necessary training and supervisor approval; all team members are generally expected in the office at least three days per week, with flexibility based on job duties and site work.

Pilot Qualifications
* Must hold appropriate USCG Merchant Mariner Credentials for the assigned area of operation
* Must possess a valid TWIC Card, Radio License, and Radar Observer Certificate, as required
* Demonstrated time and experience with Magnolia Marine sufficient to establish competence and leadership ability
* Working knowledge of USCG Rules and Regulations and company policies
* Ability to exercise sound judgment in dynamic and potentially hazardous operating environments
Pilot Responsibilities Include the Following
* Acts as second in command and is directly responsible to the Captain; represents the Captain when standing watch
* Responsible, along with all crew members, for the safety of the vessel, crew, and tow, and for compliance with the Safety Management System
* Navigates the vessel in full compliance with USCG regulations, company policies, and the vessel's Certificate of Inspection (COI), when applicable
* Reports unsafe conditions, incidents, and nonconformities to the Captain and Port Captain, and takes appropriate action to prevent accidents
* Has the authority to determine when unsafe conditions exist and may refuse a tow or navigational area deemed unsafe or presenting undue risk
* Requests company assistance when necessary to ensure safe and compliant operations
* While on watch, maintains responsibility for the safety and welfare of the vessel, crew, and tow; sounds alarms and summons the Captain if a dangerous situation develops
* Stands watch in the pilothouse at all times, including when the vessel is tied up, except during dry-dock periods
* Ensures all required logs and records are accurately completed during assigned watch
* Communicates all pertinent operational information and incidents to the Captain in a timely manner
