This is the only company I have ever worked for that I did not have direct access to HR. You have to go through one person the entire time of your appointment they can tell you anything. I have been working for Arion’s for eight years with no raise, and no promotion no benefits a schedule that is all over the place and I never received an official job description after working for eight years. New employees have come aboard and have come in making more money than me. I do not feel that Arion’s values their instructors they put 20 children to one person which would explain why they may $5.8 million and the employees don’t see much of that money. Their ratio of children to adults is illegal. I have 33 children in my afterschool program and I am writing you alone. Aj is pre-K3 years old to eighth grade. This ratio adult to students is incorrect and has not been changed. I have formally sent an email to the administrator asking for additional employees to be added. I was always told there is no budget to hire someone else. This is an accident waiting to happen one person cannot actively watch and orchestrate classes and activities for this massive amount of children alone the program advertises one thing and the parents just get in glorified babysitter. This program is not what it advertises to be.
