Patient care good.

Cons of working at Orlando Health

Pay is awful and not updated with cost of living in Florida. The Medical records HIM Departments are grossly underpaid.

The physicians and clinical/admin support departments

Cons of working at Orlando Health

Direct Supervisor micromanages and makes for a toxic work environment. There's no mentorship program for leadership opportunities and managers don't personal investment into their team members.

Orlando Health is one of Florida's most comprehensive private, not-for-profit healthcare networks, and is based in Orlando, FL. Orlando Health has eight primary facility locations within Central Florida. More than 2,100 physicians practice at Orlando Health facilities and nearly 800 medical services are provided to patients. Its 2,400-bed hospital system includes Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women, UF Cancer Center Orlando, Dr P Phillips Hospital, South Seminole Hospital and Orlando Regional Medical Center; Teaching Hospital and Central Florida's only Level One Trauma Center.
