Nothing leadership does not care about the team members at the bottom.
Ensure team members are happy with their work environment and mostly PAY.
I went through a staffing agency years ago.
Other Healthcare systems pay way better than Orlando Health.
Diversity is good.
Being able to telecommute and be very productive without constant interruptions from coworkers.
Patient care good.
Pay is awful and not updated with cost of living in Florida. The Medical records HIM Departments are grossly underpaid.
PTO is good
The physicians and clinical/admin support departments
Direct Supervisor micromanages and makes for a toxic work environment. There's no mentorship program for leadership opportunities and managers don't personal investment into their team members.
Good benefits and excellent doctors
I love the people that I work with
The pay sucks, all other health systems pay 3 to 5 dollars for all positions.
They keep taking perks and benefits away to build more hospitals that can not be properly staffed.
