Cons of working at Orlando Lutheran Towers
The exec level leadership is the worse I have ever seen. All they care about is their bonuses and lie on their board reports every chance they get. They wait to announce pay cuts until after they collect their giant, inflated bonuses. They allow managers to be abusive to their staff. They ignore labor laws and will fire anyone for bringing up anything that puts their managers in a bad light.
