Key Responsibilities: Incident Response & Operational Excellence * Provide strategic oversight of operations, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and incident response aligned with ITIL best practices. * Direct coordinated incident response efforts across technical and business units, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement through post-incident reviews. * Drive standardization and automation across monitoring, detection, and response capabilities * Monitor and audit security SOPs, infrastructure, and network architecture to ensure compliance with standards and policies. * Lead and partner to report on the organization's security posture through monthly updates and varying leadership forums. Planning & Project Execution * Oversee the design and implementation of cyber strategies and solutions that will ensure secure and stable connectivity for all solutions, infrastructure and platforms. * Oversee the deployment, integration, and optimization of security technologies and threat intelligence platforms. * Continuously assess and recommend innovative technologies and best practices to enhance the security posture. * Effectively manage multiple high-priority projects from initiation through closure. Strategic Leadership & Team Development * Lead the maturity and execution of OUC's multi-year cyber operations strategy * Build and scale a high-performing security team through strategic hiring, mentorship, and development. * Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align security operations with enterprise goals and objectives, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. * Deliver actionable insights and performance reporting to executive stakeholders, translating operational metrics into business outcomes and risk reduction. Risk & Governance * Partner with the cyber risk governance organization to develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and playbooks in alignment with NIST CSF and enterprise risk management strategies. * Lead and partner on internal and external audit readiness, maintain the cyber risk register with key risk indicators (KRIs), and serve as the primary liaison for audit activities. * Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure operational efficiency, risk reduction, and client value realization. * Maintain alignment with enterprise-wide risk mitigation strategies and track progress across domains Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness * Partner to embed cyber awareness and best practices across the enterprise. * Drive cultural, technical, and process changes to foster a cyber risk-aware workforce. * Lead enterprise-wide engagement to promote security-first thinking and ensure alignment with business and compliance goals. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Individuals in this classification have minimal experience in the natural gas industry and will attend and successfully complete formal/informal training to be qualified to efficiently and effectively perform the duties and responsibilities listed below: Turn on and turn off gas services, appliances, and equipment. Primary Functions: * In collaboration with department leadership, supports the development and facilitation of safety training using visual tools for record keeping, work site surveillance and inspection, and hazard mitigation records (i.e. lock-out tag-out, confined space, permit required confined space, CPR/AED/1st Aid, cargo, securement, trenching and excavation, etc.). * Writes and presents reports such as incident reports, research findings, special hazards reports, safety notifications, email notifications etc. * Engage in emergency response trainings, policies, procedures, drills and serve as liaison to incident command units. * Assist in planning, developing and revising procedures, evaluating personal protective equipment, critiquing drill responses, on-site response to medical emergencies, and organizing and scheduling training exercises and drills. * Schedule and conduct safety meetings for departments and create debriefing reports post meetings. * Conduct unannounced/announced field audits and annual facility inspections. * Perform job task evaluations to determine adequacy of safety controls and provide recommendations; * Create correspondence to communicate and address safety issues, concerns, requests, questions, etc.; * Participate in pre-planning activities for training such as guest requests, room reservations, purchasing food and refreshments, obtaining necessary equipment, developing hands-on demonstrations, etc. * Consult with and counsel both OUC management and employees as to preferred methods of achieving cost effective solutions to mitigate or minimize hazards in the workplace; * Upload, update, and manage safety recommendations in the enterprise resource management system; * Perform other duties as assigned. Plans, monitors and performs preventative maintenance as determined and scheduled during testing. Tracks maintenance schedules in the Work Management System (WMS). Performs emergency response maintenance as needed, conducting on-site troubleshooting and corrective measures to gas measurement equipment. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the communication link between field devices and corporate database servers. Constructs new facilities and installs modifications to existing facilities according to PGS Engineering designs and instructions.
