Requirements A strong background in automotive parts and systems is essential. This typically includes knowledge of engines, brakes, suspension, transmission, and other key components. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for interacting with a diverse range of customers and providing exceptional service. Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software for order processing and inventory management. Accuracy in identifying and processing parts orders is vital to the role.     Job Description Oro Ford is seeking an experienced, customer service focused Service Advisor who can provide our guests with knowledgeable and enthusiastic service to ensure long-term customer loyalty. 3+ year experience preferred. High guaranteed salary. Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time, staff position offering a salary of $50000 to $90000 per year, paid bi-weekly with comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k, long-term and short-term disability, employee assistance program (EAP), life insurance, and vacation time.
