This role will be primarily focused on analysis of Request for Proposals (RFP), proposal reviews and coordination, and contract negotiations to include large complex production (USG & FMS). Responsibilities include working closely with the Program Sr. Director, Senior Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Proposal Manager, Business/Estimating and Supply Chain to construct, submit and negotiate pricing proposals; providing support to senior management regarding contractual and business issues; ensuring that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies; advising management of contractual rights and obligations and possible mitigation of contractual/program risks; examining and understanding cost structure estimates of labor, material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. This position on the StormBreaker program offers the candidate a broad opportunity to engage in a myriad of contract activities on a program that has significant activity in every aspect of the program's life-cycle. The program currently consists of large scale development, production, integration and sustainment and is continuing to grow.
