How you'll make a difference?
The Associate Territory Manager, Fracture will partner with our Territory Manager to promote Orthofix products and services to achieve sales results at or above established quotas for total and individual product segments.
What will be your Duties and Responsibilities?

To assist Territory Managers in achieving sales results at or above established quotas for total and individual product segments.
To provide direct, personal and timely service, via a consultative approach, to physicians, podiatrists, patients, managed care or other payors, representing Orthofix in a professional and straight forward manner.
Additional responsibilities will include managing, directing, and assisting any authorized Orthofix distributor. Some shift in emphasis from calling on doctors to calling on payors is dictated by changes in the health care environment.
Supporting Territory Managers, accounts and patients within your geography.
Assist with patient fittings including the following activities:
Conduct educational meetings with patients and office staff regarding the benefits of the Orthofix stimulation products.
Discuss explanation of benefits and patient responsibilities.
Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
Field patient phone calls.
Collect and submit HIPPA covered information related to orders.
Regular attendance required.
What skills you'll need?
At least 1 year sales experience (business to business) with documented success.
Accredited sales training preferred.
An above average level of intelligence with a bachelor's degree preferred, an ability to articulate effectively showing poise, depth of thought and good judgment and decision making.
An ability to present to individuals or larger groups.
An exceptional level of technical competence with regard to product knowledge and surgical procedures.
An ability to effectively manage activities and development of a Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY
The Market Development Manager (MDM), Limb Reconstruction is responsible for driving the creation, expansion, and acceleration of Orthofix's limb reconstruction market within a defined territory. Working closely with key thought leaders, strategic accounts, and commercial partners, the MDM develops and executes comprehensive market development strategies that increase adoption, establish centers of excellence, and position Orthofix as the leader in limb reconstruction solutions.
This field-based role serves as a strategic driver of growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping customer engagement, and leading initiatives that expand procedural volume and market share. The MDM collaborates cross-functionally with product marketing, medical education, product development, sales, and commercial leadership to advance company priorities through market creation, customer partnerships, and competitive positioning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are the essential functions of this position. The MDM may be responsible for additional duties and tasks assigned.
1. Market Development & Strategy Execution
Develop and execute regional market creation strategies aligned with national business priorities.
Identify and cultivate high-potential surgeons, hospitals, and centers of excellence to expand adoption.
Partner with Region Sales Managers and Distributor Principals to assess territory performance, identify whitespace opportunities, and implement focused growth initiatives.
Leverage data analytics, procedure trends, and competitive insights to drive informed territory strategy and product positioning.
Lead targeted product introductions, conversion campaigns, and adoption initiatives to increase procedural volume and establish market leadership.
2. Commercial Growth & Customer Engagement

Collaborate with distributors to strengthen commercial execution and expand reach into new accounts.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Marketing to align field messaging with corporate strategies and launch plans.
Support Product Development and R&D teams through field feedback, prototype evaluation, and identification of unmet clinical needs.
Collaborate with Clinical Affairs on investigator-initiated studies, clinical data collection, and post-market evidence development.
Communicate insights from surgeon relationships, competitive dynamics, and procedural trends to inform commercial and portfolio strategies.
4. Commercial and Market Intelligence
Monitor competitive product usage, pricing trends, and technology adoption to inform positioning strategies.
Analyze procedure data and case utilization reports to identify market shifts and emerging opportunities.
Contribute to national business reviews and strategy sessions with insights on field execution, surgeon engagement, and product performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3-7 years of progressive experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedics, trauma, or limb reconstruction.
Bachelor's degree required (Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Demonstrated success in market development, field education, or sales roles requiring clinical and technical expertise.
Proven ability to design and deliver impactful educational programs for surgeons and distributor partners.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in the operating room and in large educational forums.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with data visualization and reporting preferred.

What will be your Duties and Responsibilities?
Promote and distribute Orthofix products and services to achieve sales results at or above established quotas for total and individual product segments.
Provide direct, personal and timely service, via a consultative approach, to physicians, patients, managed care or other payers, representing Orthofix in a professional and straight forward manner. Some shift in emphasis from calling on doctors to calling on payers is dictated by changes in the health care environment.
Provide education and support at the local and national hospital accounts to effectively support and implement policy and strategy. Also attend local, state and national meetings and conventions as needed.
Develop new target accounts (physicians and third party payers), and maintain existing ones with regard to current BioStim Division Products, as well as future Division products, in accordance with company objectives.
Train medical personnel and patients in the proper use and care of Orthofix products.
Continually develop technical and sales skills. Has demonstrated proficiency in technical knowledge of Orthofix products, clinical and sales tools.
Prepare reports and execute programs and policies at the direction of the Regional VP of Sales and National VP of Sales.
Provide service and problem solving to customers (clinicians and patients) in a timely fashion.
Provide paperwork required to complete and execute sales orders, e.g., prescriptions from patient files, letters of medical necessity from surgeons, etc.
What skills you'll need?
Related medical experience calling on both physician offices and hospitals is a plus.
Demonstrated success in selling and through the managed health care or third party payer environment is a plus.

The Training & Education Manager will have a significant impact on the success of Advanced Surgical Technologies' growth of the business across by executing technical, clinical and skill training focused on sales, system implementation and customer support. This position reports into Western European Surgical Sales Training. This is a strategic and executional role supporting critical commercial team operations across the region.
Offering an exceptional opportunity to build on clinical or sales experience and develop the skills for upward or lateral roles. The successful individual will design and deploy training programs for new employees and that support Advanced Surgical Technologies business initiatives. They will also partner with local field management to support ongoing sales team development.
The work location within Europe is flexible but candidates must be prepared to travel up to 50% across the region. Significant time will be spent delivering hands-on training delivered at the IRCAD training center located in Strasbourg, France. Occasional international travel will be required.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Identify training needs: Drive the collaboration of the different regional stakeholders to identify skill or knowledge gaps based on roles and responsibilities.
* Training development: Partner with Global and Regional departments to design and develop training courses that align with organizational goals and objectives and when required / or needed the principle of 80% standardization 20% customization will be implemented.
* Training delivery: Deliver clinical and technical content effectively using digital resources and methods such as Blended, Synchronous and Asynchronous learning.
* Training evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of the training by contacting evaluations, surveys and feedback and create mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree with successful 5 years combined experience in two or more of the following functions: medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.), training delivery, or other relevant areas, with a strong track record and demonstration of individual and team results
* Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, a genuine enthusiasm for training and development and a commitment to teamwork are required.
* In-depth knowledge of successful field sales and support organization structure, processes, and culture
* Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
* Experience in multicultural organizations, particularly different learning and thinking styles.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Region Sales Manager (RSM), Limb Reconstruction serves as the strategic and operational leader for Orthofix's Limb Reconstruction business within a designated U.S. territory. POSITION SUMMARY

5. Sales Enablement & Training
* Partner with Sales Enablement and Medical Education teams to deliver targeted training programs for distributor reps and surgeons.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Day in the Life
The Surgical Account Manager will be responsible for driving surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying practice trends, and cultivating key customer relationships to drive market growth and adoption. Maximize partnership programs and leverage account intelligence to increase market share.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders.

Professional Outside Sales Representative must be highly motivated and willing to work diligently to achieve success. Potential to earn unlimited income! Professional Outside Sales Representative must be highly motivated and willing to workdiligently to achieve success. Potential to earn unlimited income! Sales Representative calls on hospitals, clinics and private medical practices. Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers. Establishes and maintains good will through effective customer interface and account management. Promotes a diverse product line. Makes effective product presentations, confidently solicits orders, closes sales and creates revenue.
This position provides a base salary, plus commission based on monthly territory sales. Benefits include Health and Dental Insurance, 401k, paid Vacation and Holidays.
Responsibilities:
Identifies prospective customers and builds relationships
Promotes Product Sales, and Beneficial Contracts
Maintains established customers and develops new accounts.
Calls on physicians in a range of departments, including purchasing departments, materials management, radiology, cardiac cath lab, OR, etc.
Consults with Sales Managers, Products Managers and Inside Sales personnel on product applications and solutions.
Provides and maintains up to date and accurate account information of contacts and customers.
Assists in resolution of customer problems and ensures excellent customer satisfaction.
Attends Trade Shows as required.

Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver's License
Residency within forty miles of the advertised location
3 Years Prior Medical Imaging (RT(R)) or Medical Equipment/Device Sales experience
Willing to travel daily, sometimes overnight
Astable work record demonstrated by longevity with a previous employer (2 years or longer)
