The practice is a full-service general dermatology practice. You will be working alongside 3 dermatologists and be supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team that scribe and perform administrative tasks freeing you to focus on patients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Locum to Perm Primary Care - Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic team within a well-respected primary care practice in Richmond, Virginia. This facility offers a rotated specialty model, providing a diverse range of healthcare services in a supportive environment. With a focus on patient-centered care, our medical group aims to deliver quality health services to a broad patient demographic, including adults, pediatrics, newborns, and geriatrics. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a family practice setting. Manage an average of 20 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care and efficient service delivery. Attend to adult outpatient needs and perform necessary procedures including adult outpatient care, suturing of minor lacerations, and newborn care. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, potentially in virtual settings, to ensure continuity of care. Utilize Epic for documentation and ensure accurate medical records are maintained. Work three eight-hour shifts weekly, with flexibility around provider availability. Contribute to a positive team environment, providing support and care to patients and staff alike.
