What You Will Do: * In addition to primary MA duties, you will also perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations/vaccinations, and prep injections. * You will assist with minor procedures, complete POC and other tests, and also complete tasks and orders in the task inbox. * An ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable and dependable. * You also like working in a strong team environment, have effective communication skills, and have solid critical thinking skills. Work Schedule: * 20 hours per week, 2-10 hour shifts, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7:00am - 5:00pm. * During training, the new hire will work Mondays - Fridays, 5 - 8 hour schedule but then will move to a 4 - 10 hour schedule. Orientation and Training: * Will be at least 3 full days each week in the first two weeks, plus self-paced e-learning. * Includes EPIC Training, Clinical Regulatory Training, POC test training, and immunization training.
