Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat disorders of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles, while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of orthopedic care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide surgical and non-surgical treatment for musculoskeletal conditions.
Perform orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture care.
Develop treatment plans in coordination with physical therapists, primary care providers, and other specialists.
Evaluate patient condition through history-taking, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-operative care, and rehabilitation.
Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
Active Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
