Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and diseases
- Perform surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures tailored to patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary providers
- Provide consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care for patients
- Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis (with stipend)
- Work closely with physician assistants and other specialists
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in orthopedic care and integrate best practices
- Engage in practice development efforts to support growth and patient outreach
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
- Strong surgical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
