About the role This role is a volume-driven customer service and production-based role that handles the daily activities involved in running a health insurance company including customer interactions and back office tasks following standard operating procedures. You will report to the Concierge Operations Manager. Part-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm CST Please note that this role includes a 5-week full-time training period, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Once training is complete, you will transition into the part-time schedule outlined above.
