Supports team by monitoring and entering procedure data in the GE hemodynamic system. POSITION SUMMARY: In addition to the job duties as a therapist (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, OTA, TR), a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is a licensed therapist who assists with planning, implementing, and evaluating department operations and activities; provides leadership for a rehabilitation entity. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Phlebotomist I obtains blood and other specimens according to established policies and procedures from any location where patients may be present for laboratory testing. In doing so, obtains needed supplies, verifies patient identification, prepares skin sites, and performs venipuncture and skin punctures according to established aseptic techniques. Labels specimens and transports same to laboratory for analysis. This position works independently and as a part of a team, performs clerical and/or computer duties associated with the laboratory, and provides timely specimen collection and routing of laboratory specimens.
